Fairly chaotic even though my fiancé and I went at rush hour lol. The girl working was really polite and I admired her hard work during that five o'clock rush (she needs a raise for sure, I wish I knew her name). The fries where fresh and everything was wonderful. Edit: for the past few times I've dined in, I've became fairly aggravated by the teenagers working because they're more focused on their phone and/or their friends in the lobby and give an awful look if you interrupt them. 😭

The zaxbys in ringgold was terrible tonight. We stood at the register for 5 minutes while a young girl was cleaning tables and there was only 1 other family in the restaurant. The drive thru would have been faster. Then my food sat in the window as the girl behind the register went back out to clean more tables and sweep. The girl working the window said someone will be with you shortly and I pointed to my food. Finally someone gave me my food and the order was not right. It took some more time to get my food and I got the nibblers meal and the bread was hard. There was a piece of Texas toast in there which I didn't know was included with that meal??? It was burnt anyway. Just a bad experience all around. Seemed like just a bunch of kids working.

First review EVER bc the customer service was that bad. The girl on the headset was so rude and said "is that all?" after every item. Then I, in the NICEST way possible, let her know that the sweet tea had zero sweetness. She took my drink and slammed it in the sink. Then proceeded to put way too much sugar in my tea all bc I let her know that my $3 drink (that she didn't pay for) was not what I had asked for. When she handed it to me she Then slammed the window. I get being stressed (I have worked in customer service/food industry) but you can't take it out on your customers. Not sure what her name was, but it was 3/6 @1:45. To top it all off, they forgot to put forks in the bag.

The wait in the drive-through line was close to 10 minutes with only one car ahead of me. The young girl that was working the window wasn't overtly rude but she was definitely not personable or friendly and didn't even bother to say thank you. The food was barely lukewarm and the wings were dry with very little sauce and hard like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long.

We want to compliment the staff on the day there was a medical emergency. We had just walked in and sat down. Within minutes one of the staff went into a medical emergency. One of our group with medical experience jumped into action as the staff called 911 and continued to serve the customers and help the one in need. They were professional and mindful to the need for help but also the customers in the store. The grill cook worked around medical staff as they arrived and took care of the situation. The rest of the staff coordinated handoff , it went smoothly. What a great group of folks. Well done and good work.

AMAZING service & food on Sunday, 10-13-2024!! Food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it. Server was truly a doll. Cook was equally amazing and prepared food with gloves on which is always wonderful to see!! Parking spaces for professional truckers and trailers…thank you for remembering the ones that keeps our country going! Very clean and so beautifully decorated with Halloween/Fall themed decorations. Thank you for a wonderful and meritorious experience!!!! When traveling again down south my husband and I will always stop by this Waffle House!

This is one of the best Waffle House locations I've ever been to. The food was excellent. The staff is friendly and quick with their service. I never once came close to seeing the bottom of my coffee cup until I was ready to leave. Compared to other locations the atmosphere was very fun but still calm and the environment felt safe and welcoming.

It was nice to find a pizza hut you could still sit down In. The service was excellent and the food was good. My only complaint was that the dipping sauce for the breadsticks was cold. Like out of the fridge cold. Don't bring me cold marinara to dip my hot breadsticks in. Other then that everything was great. Best pizza hut I've been to in a while

I ordered a curbside pick up at 9:50, picked it up at 10:10, 5 minutes after it said it was ready. When I got the pizza it was as stale as a rock. I called to see if they could remake it, and the employee told me it was my fault because I had left it sitting “for over an hour.” I had literally called not even 10 minutes after picking it up, it had literally been 30 minutes since I placed the order. When I told her it’d only been 30 minutes, she said pizza goes stale sitting in a box after 30 minutes. I’ve literally never had that problem before. I’ve had cold pizza less stale than the pizza I received. The pizza was clearly a super old one that had probably been sitting there all day that they just reheated. It was so stale I just threw it away. She was super rude, so I didn’t even bother getting a new one.

Typically a pretty good location, but this past time was awful. The Dr. Pepper was out and I didn’t realize until I was home. The new fish items made the chicken fried in the same oil taste like fish.(not a fish fan, it was so strong my wife, who does like fish, wouldn’t eat it) Last but not least, I asked for buffalo for the chicken and Arby’s sauce for my wife’s sandwich and did not receive the Arby’s sauce. May wait for the limited time fish to leave before returning at the very least.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. A group came into eat my step daughter, her boyfriend, my 6 year old daughter and a couple more kids. EVERYONE got sick with FOOD POISONING , my step daughters boyfriend ended up in the hospital with severe dehydration. My 6 year old woke up vomiting, she won't eat, she won't drink. I now have to miss ANOTHER day of work to make sure my 6 year old is ok. Not sure if it's cross contamination or what but get it together.

The reason for not 5 stars was they have a big sign that reads get 2 sandwiches, mix or match fish or roast beef. I like the beef and cedar but wanted fish because i knew of the deal. But they didn't have any fish sandwiches ready during lunchtime? Wanted me to wait 5 minutes, and I was just traveling thru on my way to Florida, Bummed me out! This is almost false advertising a bait and switch scheme. I thought it was a drive-thru fast food restaurant during lunch hour. This is happening more and more... like Culver's asks you to pull up and stick a number on your mirror. It's become their standard practice for them, and I expect that now from them, but don't like it. Strange, when fast food drive-thru's started, it never happened.

It's pretty good for what it is I mean as long as you are expecting a Wendy's fast food restaurant then you will be in good shape and have no surprises. The place is fairly clean, Service is fairly quick, and food quality and taste is what you would expect it to be

Without a doubt the worst service I've ever had here (since opening) stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before the fry girl finally greeted me. I ask the manager (Tiffany) if it were lunch yet with not answer! Ordered 1 double cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo only. Wasn't made correctly. My family and I eat here 3 to 4 timed a month. Unfortunately we will not be going back! Truly the flotsam and jetsum of Ringgold! Also saw a roach in the men's restroom! Do better wendy, be better!

I get food here a lot and never have too many problems, but they need to learn how to PUT THE SAUCE IN THE BAG. Everytime we tell them what sauce and it will be on the receipt but they always just don’t put any sauce at all. If the bagger doesn’t put the sauce in there they’re supposed to tell the window person to put it in. It’s a lack of communication and ik it could be avoided by me checking the bag before I leave, but it’s not hard to read the screen and put the sauce in the bag 😂

Everything has been good except the super extremely over-salted fries. It literally makes slight blisters in my mouth due to the salt content. I looked all over the app to find a request for light salt, but couldn’t find anything. There’s gotta be more salt than potatoes. I love the fries, but please cut back on the salt. The sweet potato pie is phenomenal! I highly recommend. Also, what happened to the cinnamon Bo biscuits? They were 100X’s better than those berry catastrophes. Bring ‘em back! They’re missed!

Drive through.... I got a 2 piece meal and the biscuit was literally oozing dough so nasty made my stomach turn. It look perfectly done on the outside!! The manager was nice and apologized and asked what could she do to make it right. She did refund my money and gave me a sweet potatoe pie to try. It was not bad. The experience was not bad they were very hospitable but the biscuits messed up my mood for the food.

This Bojangles was so clean I thought it was just built! I was shocked to learn it had actually been open for 2 years. It still smells like fresh paint in there! Staff were friendly and efficient, our meal was delicious and they got everything right. If you're looking for food at this exit, you can't go wrong at this Bojangles! We tried the new chicken sandwich by the way. It was good, a little spicy but not too much... If you look at it, the meat has a little bit of an orange tint, so I think there's a bit of a buffalo sauce in the breading! It's not like Popeyes where the spice is just the sauce that's put on it, the breading and meat itself actually have the spiciness fried in. I tried their Bo-berry biscuit which was a sweet blueberry treat and awesome dessert. Also! You can only get a special flavor of Mountain Dew at Bojangles so we had to try that too. It was a fruity tropical punch if you are into that, so don't miss out on your chance to sample it as well.

The chicken was good ol' spicy fried goodness I always get from Bojangles. The biscuit and cole slaw were delicious and the mac n' cheese was good. The young lady at the counter was polite, smiling, and helpful. The low scores are due to one of the employees who was busy flitting around the restaurant and joking with the guys in the back. My food sat on the rack for several minutes before I finally ask the busy young lady at the counter to hand it to me. She had been busy with other customers that it come in after me, but handed it to me immediately when I asked for it. It seemed to me they were having to go to the back of the store every time they needed coleslaw...not sure why. Regardless, I enjoyed the food and will continue to enjoy Bojangles.

I have never seen anything like this, this has been the absolute worst experience at this location that I've ever had and I've been a customer at this particular location for years. The pizza was nowhere near done, it was just dough, and the bread sticks had no taste, and also tasted like they had been sitting for hours, I won't be returning, I will take my business elsewhere. Maybe it was because it was 30 minutes before closing i don't know but I won't be back.

Tried five guys years ago in pigeon Forge, being as it was in a tourist town I should’ve known better. I have missed out on it all these years and not giving it another try. I finally broke down and came to the one in Fort Oglethorpe, and was very pleased walking in. The staff was very friendly restaurant was very clean (very cold 🥶😂) the gentleman’s name that took our order was Lane and was very respectful and nice. Food came out fast and fresh, and the peanuts are very good. This will not be an every week thing, but I will definitely be back. Manger Haven has done an amazing job with the employees here!

We stopped here 8 hours into a long day of traveling. The staff were extremely friendly and upbeat. Our receipt said our cashier was James, I was pretty tired and didn’t catch the name tag so not sure about that- but he was great with the little one and made our stop pleasant. The food also earned 5 stars, it’s a little off the interstate, but worth the extra couple of miles to come here!! If you like burgers Check it out!

I ordered cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake for lunch and paid $23.08. The burger and fries were great but the shake wasn't worth the $5.69 It was cool but not cold and obviously some kind of machine produced mix rather than a handcrafted ice cream shake. It's so gross that it was still thick even though it was warm by the time I got home. I threw it away.

Have gone here many times with few issues and super courteous and generous staff when issues arose. Today I ordered for take out for Father’s Day dinner. Order was made incorrectly, but not discovered until I was home. Wrong size patties and mixed up toppings. Drove back to store and they did offer to remake the burgers. Waited 10 minutes for remake. Drove back home. At this point fries were cold and turns out most of them were overcooked. Being that they charge premium prices, I was expecting better service or compensation for the hassle (fresh order of fries, drink while I waited, coupon, etc), but none was offered. Very wary to go back as unfortunately it seems something has changed at this store. :/

We get dinner from here a couple times a month. The food is so much better than they get credit for! I always get hot ham and cheese, but there chicken fingers are also delicious! I've gotten the Frisco that was really good too. Employees in the evening are super friendly and helpful and my order so far has always been correct.

I usually don't have issues at Hardee's. Today was different. There was no one in the drive thru line or inside the store, so I thought this was gonna be good. The wait was fine and the burgers were fine. The problem was that on the way home when I grabbed a fry, as you do, and it was so old and hard that it was inedible. The oil was fresh, and they weren't overcooked. They just decided to give me fries that should've long been in the trash. On top of that there was no receipt. C'mon Hardee's, do better.
