I have never seen anything like this, this has been the absolute worst experience at this location that I've ever had and I've been a customer at this particular location for years. The pizza was nowhere near done, it was just dough, and the bread sticks had no taste, and also tasted like they had been sitting for hours, I won't be returning, I will take my business elsewhere. Maybe it was because it was 30 minutes before closing i don't know but I won't be back.

Everyone on staff did great considering what they were working with. The power kept going on and off but the team did all they could to ensure orders were fulfilled and were incredibly friendly throughout the stressful ordeal. 10 stars for them in my opinion!

Didn't have what I wanted on the hot and ready, but only had to wait 10 mins. Did get a coupon for free bread sticks for next time. I'll be back. The pizza was really good and hot.

The absolute WORST Taco Bell I have ever been too. Service is horrible. All my food came out wrong. Employees arguing in the kitchen. The manger was talking about how bad he had to pee to everyone in the kitchen. Came out the restroom and then washed his hands in the kitchen , I guess he didn’t do it in the bathroom. The floors were absolutely disgusting. I will never go back there. I got my food and returned it for a refund. So gross in there. 🤮🤮🤮

This used to be my favorite Taco Bell, but recently has gone downhill for some reason. My food will either be wrong, or not made well. The Fort Oglethorpe location is a lot better these days.

Came through drive thru and the girl taking to order didn’t seem to know what was going on but was nice. Go my order and it was wrong missing a whole box went back in the correct it and the were mad that they had to make it. Everyone was to busy on there headphones to pay attention to anything else. Not a fan of this Taco Bell at all.

Now that the consumer order touchscreen ordering systems in place, the employees don’t have to interact with the public so they’re in the back yuck it up taking their time. I’ve never had such slow service at a Taco Bell. not only were the customers complaining about having to use the kiosks. It did not speed up the process on the consumers end.

Second time I’ve been to this Burger King. You can barely hear anyone at the drive through. They forgot to give me my drink both times, and forgot my sauces each time. They would just hand my food out and then shut the window. I would wait until they came back, so I could get my drink. I’m pretty sure they’re understaffed. Needless to say, make sure you check your order before you pull off.

Service was rather slow. We had to wait till they had caught up on car line / door dash orders, so waited for 5mins before our order was taken ! Food was good no complaints there.

2/13/24 updated review very clean restaurant and exceptionally friendly staff. Came to have dinner tonight to find a sign on the door that says drive thru only! Not sure I'll give them another try. Last time I came to try the new ghost pepper whopper they were out of the queso that goes on it. They really need to get their act together.

THE WORST FASTFOOD EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!! Waited 27 minutes to get our food, when we opened it the bun was cold, the cheese was cold, the meat was like it had just been pulled out of the fridge and was not even remotely close to edible. The service was outrageously appalling - I can’t believe this place is still in business. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE!

The drive thru was packed so I went in for my order. It was a kiosk station, efficient but I miss the actual talking to people. The dining room was closed due to some issue and the lady from the back was trying her best to handle the inside people. She did a good job as it seemed pretty chaotic.

Right off the interstate, so thats a plus and also a wonder that the food and service were so good. We ordered our breakfast and parked at curbside. The food came out quickly and the young man that delivered it to our car was super nice and made sure to ask if we needed anything else. Great experience.

I went to this McDonald’s at about 11:45 pm and sat in one of the drive thru lanes for about 15 minutes with no greeting. They took multiple cars ahead of me. I kept saying something and they finally got on the mic being extremely rude and cutting me off when I was talking. When I finally tried to order my food they were silent and acted like they didn’t want to repeat the order back. Then when I got upset the manager said he was going to call the cops on me. The manager made a comment about this happening often at that lane, but either way I’m am a black man and I don’t appreciate having the cops being called on me just because your employees don’t like their job. I have never received service like this from a McDonald’s in my entire life. They purposely agitated me and then turned it around on me once I got upset. If you’re black don’t go to this McDonald’s because they will treat you poorly and then threaten the cops when you get fed up with how they treat you. I worked for McDonald’s in the past and I know that this isn’t standard service. I’m literally appalled.

Tried the loaded omelette biscuit for the first time and I must warn you all…. When you open up the wrapper it is as if you said, where is the other half of the omelette. Picture is DEFINITELY MUCH bigger than it actually is

Order to go. The ordered was packed with two biscuit and gravy, two steak biscuits and Hashbrown. The gravy tasted like raw flour and worse was that the containers for gravy was placed standing upright in bag. Lid wasn't on one of the gravy combinations imagine the mess. Not salvaged

Every time I go through the drive thru for breakfast, they’re always rude, short, and impatient when taking my order. They’re always slow. Whenever I go in, the restrooms are always filthy and the store is beyond messy. Not sure how they pass inspection. AND MY ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG! They either leave stuff out entirely, mess up my order, or give me the complete wrong order. Hardee’s used to be great, not sure what happened. Bojangles it is!!!

I usually don't have issues at Hardee's. Today was different. There was no one in the drive thru line or inside the store, so I thought this was gonna be good. The wait was fine and the burgers were fine. The problem was that on the way home when I grabbed a fry, as you do, and it was so old and hard that it was inedible. The oil was fresh, and they weren't overcooked. They just decided to give me fries that should've long been in the trash. On top of that there was no receipt. C'mon Hardee's, do better.

Drive through.... I got a 2 piece meal and the biscuit was literally oozing dough so nasty made my stomach turn. It look perfectly done on the outside!! The manager was nice and apologized and asked what could she do to make it right. She did refund my money and gave me a sweet potatoe pie to try. It was not bad. The experience was not bad they were very hospitable but the biscuits messed up my mood for the food.

Just stopped at the drive thru had a large tea handed to me that the styrofoam was split and the lid not secured. Well you know the end to that story ends up in my lap and all over the inside of my vehicle. Sure the kids running the show got a good laugh out of it. I remember why I never eat at Bojangles.

This Bojangles was so clean I thought it was just built! I was shocked to learn it had actually been open for 2 years. It still smells like fresh paint in there! Staff were friendly and efficient, our meal was delicious and they got everything right. If you're looking for food at this exit, you can't go wrong at this Bojangles! We tried the new chicken sandwich by the way. It was good, a little spicy but not too much... If you look at it, the meat has a little bit of an orange tint, so I think there's a bit of a buffalo sauce in the breading! It's not like Popeyes where the spice is just the sauce that's put on it, the breading and meat itself actually have the spiciness fried in. I tried their Bo-berry biscuit which was a sweet blueberry treat and awesome dessert. Also! You can only get a special flavor of Mountain Dew at Bojangles so we had to try that too. It was a fruity tropical punch if you are into that, so don't miss out on your chance to sample it as well.

Bojangles is generally one of my favorite chicken fast food stops. This one missed the mark by a bit. Service was great. The chicken was a little dry for a leg/thigh combo. Fries were well seasoned. The peach cobbler was really good and the portion size was just right. I

Visit: 7/8/2021 5:05pm Cashier Parker- From the moment you enter this KFC you can see that the employees and management take care of the business. The dinning room is clean and chairs are in order. The drink station is ready for you to fill your drinking needs. I quickly went to the ladies facilities and was pleased to find that it was also clean and and TP was filled. It is nice to see clean restrooms. Once I was ready to order my food, I was quickly greeted and order taken. Parker my cashier was very helpful in making suggestions as to my specific special needs. My food came out very quickly and was all tasty and hot. The biscuits were soft and hot enough to melt butter. I would have taken pictures of the food but I was so hungry I forgot. LOL Definitely will visit again when traveling through the area.

I bought the 12 piece deal, and like 20 minutes later or so it just destroyed my stomach it had me in the bathroom almost all day of eating this chicken .. I have never had a problem of eating this kind of food I don't know if it was the grease or what but its my last time eating in this restaurant ..I have eaten in other restaurant of the same kind of food but I have never had this problem before .. I am sorry to post this but I have been asked for goggle and I also post every where I eat and make my comment of the restaurant is its good or not .. And the server was nice and very humble and I liked that of her but the food was not as good though. And for the amount of money that y'all charge for your meals y'all should give better food and more fresh cuz the chicken I got most of it was Ok but some of it was old like refryed and it tasted nasty most of it was the wings that was very old .. And I almost spent 50 buck for that kind of food that destroyed my stomach the rest of the day ..that is not good

Store typically has good food but dang they be closing early. I worked at dominos for a long time, I know how they should work, and this ain’t right. Get on your closing manager to stop closing store early and let me have wonderful succulent chicken parm sandwich and amazingly stuffed cheesy bread dipped in a mid marinara sauce and lava cakes that could never have enough powdered sugar and that brookie, oh that stupid good mouth watering brookie.. dip that ish in some milk. Don’t forget my soda and always always remember to tip your driver! dont @ me

Honestly it went above my expectations everything was perfectly seasoned and the food was cooked perfectly cooked including the chicken tenders but i do wish the burgers were a little more juicy but it was fine other than that the burgers were perfect. The people taking my order were very nice so that's also a plus.
