Food was so much smaller since our last visit. 3 bites of hasbrown casserole, charging for biscuits, and eggs were not cooked over easy. Our waitress was nice and tried her best to apologize and do what she could to fix issues. Reward system down so I couldn't even use the rewards I was planning on to offset the cost of substandard food or get points for the money we did spend. Cracker barrel is off the list for eating out for our family now. Higher prices, less food, and Mediocre experience.

This place is very hit or miss. I've had great experiences here and not so great. This time, our waitress ignored our table for nearly 15 minutes while our glasses were completely empty. Messed up my drink, and we never got our biscuits either. The food was awesome though, no complaints there. About a year or so ago me and my friend got our food for free because we were there for over an hour. The majority of the time, we were waiting on our food because "the machine that prints out the orders for the kitchen staff went down." Wasn't our waiters fault. Also the older lady with dark hair (I didn't see her there this time) that works at the cash register occasionally has been rude to me for seemingly no reason in the past and it really rubbed me the wrong way. Once again, I'm not trying to be a Karen, but this place is just very hit or miss. It's good service and all in the AM, but if you go in the evening and you have a small party beware, because the waiters and waitresses care more about the larger parties because bigger parties equals bigger tip. I mean look, I get it but still ATTEMPT to give everyone the SAME attention and courtesy. We all go out to eat to be waited on, not ignored. EDIT- I know some things in this review are from long ago, but after my experience today and the ones in the past, I felt compelled to share them now. Thank you for reading. UPDATE- Me and my friend went here today 8/31/25 and got completely ignored once again. A lady got seated behind us 5 minutes later and had her drink before we even got our drinks ordered. She had a separate waiter than we did. Service was slow. Haven't gotten our food yet but will update if anything decent comes of this visit. We didn't even want to eat here today because of the stupid CEO but we went to IHOP and we couldn't get seated due to it being severely understaffed. So after we left, we had a bad experience overall. The waiter sucked, there was this other waitress that we tipped because she did more in 5 minutes than our waiter did overall. The photo pictured was after both our drinks were left empty for awhile after our waiter walked by and did nothing. I'm very tired of being ignored and treated like I don't exist when I go out to eat.

I received an email from Cracker barrel advertising special meals delivered for $8.12. I placed my order and received a conformation my total order was $9.12. Great deal..ha ha my card was charged $19.00. I immediately called to cancel my order. I talked to Kim, who told me she was the manager and would issue a full refund. It has been 5 working days and still no refund. I went to walk my dog later and saw a Cracker Barrel bag on the sidewalk. I don't have a clue how long it had been there. Long enough for flies and creepy crawlers to have a meal. I brought the bag in and when I brought the bag in and opened it I was totally shocked! It was a paper thin small slice of meat loaf and mashed potatoes you could stand a fork straight up.

Busy Friday night, but we got seated right away. Our waitress, Addison, was a very good communicator letting us know that the kitchen had a delay with our order. Everything was tasty and bathrooms were pretty clean.

4 stars for the service 3 stars for the food. Kylee C. was my server and she was great. For the food, I hadn't eaten at a Cracker Barrel in a long time but it seems like the food has fallen off. It seems like they're using cheaper and everything tasted like it had been prepared 3 hours earlier. Plus, for what you're paying, the portions are quite small as you can see in my picture. I hadn't eaten anything when I took the photo. There's other breakfast places with better freshly prepared food for the same price.

I got the Tom Yum soup, which was absolutely delicious. It awakens your taste buds. A tad bit too salty. But I think it might have to do with asking for it to be medium spicy (hot). Huge portions. I got to taste the pineapple fried rice with shrimp and the chicken pad Thai. Both were delicious but the pineapple fried rice was out of this world. Great customer service, atmosphere, and a clean and organized establishment. I recommend you give it a try.

So I'll preface by saying the staff are very sweet and the fact everything is made fresh to order is also a nice perk. However the menu aside from the curries are very basic. We ordered sushi and pho with beef. The pho was nearly 20 dollars and all it had was been sprouts, Asian meat balls, the beef, Basil and a lime. Though once we added the ingredients along with hoison sauce and chili oil the flavors began to blend and tasted good, but the broth didn't have much complexity and the added meat was barely worth it. It was lacking in complexity and depth, as well as the quantity of meat. It also didn't have enough noodles for the amount of broth left. The sushi is very basic, they only have crab or spicy crab and basic avocado and California rolls. Once again a little bland. However everything was very fresh and we were satisfied, but it left us wanting more bang for our buck.

I gave my rating because I ordered yellow curry with no onion to go. Got home and has lots of onions. Don’t want to drive back so im out of luck. Check your to go food before leaving is my advice!!! Also, they are chincy with the rice! In my pictures I had to separate the onion and took out all the other ingredients out of the sauce. Yellow curry for $17 gave me this tiny bit. Could get more food ANY where else for the price

We ate here for the first time and it was phenomenal. I ordered Sweet Basil stir fry and my Fiancé ordered Panang Curry. We both loved it and will definitely come back and try other things. I highly recommend trying this restaurant, to eat authentic Thai food. It is also a small family business and we will definitely continue supporting them.

Stopped by for a quick take-out dinner. Ordered on the phone, and the employee was super nice and helpful! Food was ready to 15 minutes. Around $27 for two tofu entrees. Green curry was very flavorful! The Pad Won Seen is very good as well. I can't wait to try more items here! Great experience overall. Would recommend.

I do not frequent this Zaxbys anymore due to poor service in the past, but last night I had a hankering so I took a chance. I am glad I did! I don't know who was working at 8ish PM on 12/14/26 but those girls were amazing. They were easy to understand at the drive thru, chipper, sweet, and all smiles. They went gah-gah for my dog in the car and gave her a pup-cup. Zaxbys (for me) has not been known for fast service. But my food was in my hands before I put my credit card back in my wallet (Salad, boneless wings, and fries) and the food was hot and fresh! If those girls and the kitchen staff are at this Zaxbys more often, these Google reviews will only get better!

How hard is it to put extra sauces in a bag when people pay extra for the sauce? Instead of getting at least one sauce, I got none and paid for two extras with the wings and things platter. If the girl who took my order would have been a little nicer instead of being rude because she didn't understand that I was ordering two regular sweet tea and one large so she had to change it when I got to the register. A rudeness is the reason for me actually posting a review. They never remember my extra Zaxby's sauces and any Zaxby's that I go to so that was not unusual. Not getting any sauce at all was a little unusual so seems like Zaxby's needs to step up their game + train employees better or remind them that courtesy customers part of the job as long as the customer is not rude to you. There's no sense in you being rude back.

I ordered 2 Zax chicken sandwiches with spicy sauce off the app. I arrived about 10 minutes later, and still had to wait 20 minutes for my food. After getting home, my wife and I opened our box, and BOTH chicken sandwiches were missing the top buns! Who does that?? They were also missing the spicy zax sauce, due to no top bun. When I called the restaurant, I was given the excuse that they “were busy”. Well, I was there, and they were not very busy, since it was around 11:15am. The person I spoke with said that I could drive back to get another sandwich, but I’m afraid they’d forget the chicken! The 2 sandwiches, with approx 8 fries in each container cost me $25, with no bun. This is inexcusable, and I seriously doubt that I’ll ever eat at the Ringgold, GA Zaxby’s again. It’s obvious there cooks should not be allowed to make sandwiches, and I have no respect for.management either, after receiving such a pathetic excuse. See attached pic.

Miss Michaela took my order through the drive through & gave me my food. I know it’s silly to recognize, but she did such a phenomenal job. She didn’t constantly say “anything else??” After my every breath. She sounded happy. She repeated my order perfectly and has such a good cadence when speaking. She even made me laugh. As someone with anxiety and an empath, going through a drive through is the last thing I want to do. Michaela made it an easy enjoyable experience.

No one can listen to simple requests! If someone asks for no toast on the salad because of an allergy, don’t just take the toast off and hand the exact same salad back! Better yet, when you’re asked to remake the salad, don’t forget to put half of the other ingredients in it. Terrible service.

This waffle house in Fort O is everything you have come to expect of Waffle House. Jen, our server, was being trained and did a great job. The restaurant was clean, which is a major plus today. Everyone was smiling while working with a sense of urgency. My friend and I can be picky when ordering, but Jen and the rest of staff handled things like pro's. Any time I get the chance I shall return to the Fort O Waffle House.

The waitresses working Saturday night, October 25th should both be fired. They neither worked together, nor functioned separately. Never acknowledged us when we walked in, never apologized for being delayed.Never made eye contact and we were sitting right at the counter! north and next customers. Three more people came in at the counter and sat next to us, same treatment. Ignored!! They were not offered any drinks during the wait, yet the other waitress was taking time to refill her table and make to go drinks for her second table!! One customer's little girl was running all around the restaurant unattended playing with ketchup containers and squeezing them on to the counter with her hands all over it nobody stopped her. I will also notify corporate. Usually have great service at waffle houses. But not this place.

Walked in late (10:30pm) sat down immediately. Was greeted by a young polite waitress who took our order. There was an older gentleman running the grill and he knew his stuff. He rocked that grill like a boss and had our food in like 12 to 15 minutes all while fixing 3 other tables' food as well.

Best Popeyes I’ve been to! You can tell they really care about their customers and food. It was hot and fresh (which is rare these days for fast food). The customer service was outstanding! The lady at the register even dropped a sauce I didn’t order in there saying, “something new to try”, (btw it was GOOD). Made my day :)

I’m not sure what happened with the bad reviews, but I’ve been to this location numerous times (I drive from Chattanooga, because it’s worth it) and I have yet to have a bad experience. My food has always been fresh. The employees are always nice and pleasant. And the lobby is typically clean (traffic inside has an impact), especially in comparison to their competitors.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We placed two mobile orders and have been waiting well over an hour for our food. This is unacceptable. We were told multiple times that the food would be ready “shortly,” but we’re still waiting, and there’s no sign of it coming anytime soon. This location always has a wait, but it’s never been this bad. On top of that, we were charged $11 for just two drinks and two pies while waiting on the rest of our order. After sitting here for over an hour with nothing but those drinks, that charge felt ridiculous. Honestly, after such a long wait, we shouldn’t have been charged for the drinks at all. It just doesn’t make sense. As diabetics, waiting this long without food wasn’t just frustrating…it put us in a difficult spot. We chose to stop here because it’s conveniently located off the interstate, but having to wait over an hour on mobile orders is unheard of and made it harder for us to manage our blood sugar. Meanwhile, the dining area was filthy. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty, and nobody had cleaned them the entire time we were waiting. The bathrooms were just as bad, with paper towels stuffed on the doorknob handles, which felt very unsanitary. The entire place gave off a nasty vibe, and after seeing the state of the dining room and restrooms, I don’t have much confidence in how clean the kitchen might be. When we finally got our food, the shrimp was disappointing—it was like eating air. It was all crispy breading with barely anything inside. To make things worse, customers from the drive-thru were coming inside to complain that they’d been waiting a long time, too. The drive-thru line was backed up and barely moving. We understand that restaurants get busy, but this level of disorganization is beyond anything we’ve seen. Popeyes needs to make some serious improvements here, whether it’s hiring more staff, better management, or handling mobile orders more efficiently. I’ll give credit where it’s due: the apple pies were good. I don’t think they could have messed those up, and Popeyes does have better prices than some of their competitors. But that’s about where the positives end. Unfortunately, we can’t give a fair rating for the chicken because our kids were so hungry by the time we got home that they ate it all before we had a chance to try it. As for ratings: • Food: 3 stars (the pies were good, but the shrimp was disappointing, and we didn’t get to try the chicken) • Atmosphere: 1 star (because of the filth and disorganization) • Cleanliness/Quality: 1 star (based on how nasty the dining area and restrooms were) I’m not saying I want this location to shut down—I want them to do better. I’ll be waiting for them to improve, and when I see 50 five-star reviews from other customers, I’ll give them another chance. Until then, we won’t be back.

Today October 20th 2025 I ordered online. Got to the drive thru. Waited 28 mins to get to the window and pick up my order for my family. Very cold and stale chicken tenders and terribel slaw runny and has a bad after taste. Had to pull forward with the other 4 people waiting. Then she brings my food out and it is the wrong order when I got home after assuring it was correct. Ordered white meat chicken got a spicy dark meat and sides was not correct either missing beans and rice. Really Unbelievable! This location will close soon just like the others have. 3.3 Google rating should be a sign to get new management and train the folks. Tried to call the store to get a remake and no answer. For sure didn't want to wait in line for 30 more mins. I don't leave 1 stars often but when I do it's deserved. Owners need to be more involved and making sure everything is ran correct and clean! This has happened before so it's my last time. Never get another dollar from us.

I live near this Wendy’s. Personally haven’t ever really had an issue other than a few missed sauces here and there. It’s normally clean and the food is good. Me and the dog like coming for the 2 for $3 breakfast biscuits. Personally the honey chicken biscuit is the best breakfast menu item.

Cooks making a scene in the drive thru window. The window guy seemed new, my order was wrong I simply asked for the correct order. The cook comes and says that whole order was already made. Just being rude. It was a honest mistake, no reason he should have been treated like that.

This is the worst little ceasars in the area. The pizza quality is inconsistent. You're lucky if its cut well enough to just pull a slice. The employees always seem distracted and more like a person thats there to hang out instead of to serve pizza. I eat from here often because its a good location, I wish there was another I could easily go to.
