I ordered a gravy biscuit combo, a sausage biscuit, a regular mashed potato, and two sweet teas. Not only did they leave out my Bo rounds for the combo, they used their leftover sausage and gravy for my mashed potatoes which is just revolting. When we got to the window they gave us our food and then had us waiting on our drinks, which once we finally got them they weren’t even teas as we requested it was a coke and a sprite or starry. I called and complained and they offered to give us what we asked for if we came back which I seriously shouldn’t have to. I think there needs to be a change in staff because this is the second or third time I’ve bought from this location and they’ve “forgotten” things, definitely won’t be getting food from here again until there’s a change.

Ordered a 3 piece dinner with a Pepsi. The food was hot delicious, and fast. The young lady that took my order was very nice, I think her name is Miranda. The rest of the staff was very nice also. The atmosphere was mello and clean. If in the area, I suggest eating at Bojangles.

This restaurant is the best. The people are absolutely a delight. And I love going there every morning. The only one drawback would be that their driveway is wreaking havoc on my brand new 2026 car. It needs to be fixed. Please get this fixed as soon as possible. If you can, I would very much appreciate

Rafael’s has really good pizza! We often do carry out and they always have it ready in 15-20 minutes. The pizza is fresh, good amount of toppings and flavorful. Service is great and the staff are very friendly.

5/14/25 still the best pizza in town! 2/15/24 good lunch today! 1/9/24 another good lunch as always. Always good, very clean with a friendly staff. Best pizza anywhere around. The staff here is very friendly and very attentive to your needs. They will go out of their way to make sure everything is to your liking. Warren is a Good chef.

I have not found a place like this since moving from south Florida 6 years ago. The food is amazing the prices are great and the staff is awesome! The 2 girls that were there yesterday were very easy to talk to and really kind. Definitely will be coming back

We got here at 5:30 on a Sunday afternoon just before the crowd came in plus the service & food was excellent. Great place in Ringgold, Ga right by the old railroad depot on the main drag through town so lots of exposure for folks to give it a try. My House Special Calzone had sooo much piping hot cheese and meats and veggies! The Hawaiian pineapple pizza was heavenly and the Stromboli spinach and feta cheese absolutely delicious. First time here and we're planning on a return visit in very near future! Revisited recently solo and had a Grecian style chicken on rice that comes with Greek salad and bread sticks with marinara sauce. Delicious!

I called to see if I needed to have a minimum amount in order to call in an order. I was told they didn't. So I ordered the killer baked potato with pork. My husband picked it up. It didn't take long for me to have it to eat. When I opened up the container I was surprised since I didn't see the regular shape of a baked potato. Instead the potato was already opened up and found under all the toppings. I really like it this way since it saves me from having to get a knife and cut it open and smash the potato. I was able to eat everything including the skin. It was delicious and a good amount

Florida needs to take notes because this is real BBQ! We made a pit stop at Spencer B’s on our way to Tennessee, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and not overpowering—just pure, smoky goodness. Every bite was worth every penny! The quality and care put into their barbecue are evident, and it’s easily some of the best I’ve had. Can’t wait to stop by again on our way back. Highly recommend to anyone passing through or lucky enough to live nearby!

This place is very hit or miss. I've had great experiences here and not so great. This time, our waitress ignored our table for nearly 15 minutes while our glasses were completely empty. Messed up my drink, and we never got our biscuits either. The food was awesome though, no complaints there. About a year or so ago me and my friend got our food for free because we were there for over an hour. The majority of the time, we were waiting on our food because "the machine that prints out the orders for the kitchen staff went down." Wasn't our waiters fault. Also the older lady with dark hair (I didn't see her there this time) that works at the cash register occasionally has been rude to me for seemingly no reason in the past and it really rubbed me the wrong way. Once again, I'm not trying to be a Karen, but this place is just very hit or miss. It's good service and all in the AM, but if you go in the evening and you have a small party beware, because the waiters and waitresses care more about the larger parties because bigger parties equals bigger tip. I mean look, I get it but still ATTEMPT to give everyone the SAME attention and courtesy. We all go out to eat to be waited on, not ignored. EDIT- I know some things in this review are from long ago, but after my experience today and the ones in the past, I felt compelled to share them now. Thank you for reading. UPDATE- Me and my friend went here today 8/31/25 and got completely ignored once again. A lady got seated behind us 5 minutes later and had her drink before we even got our drinks ordered. She had a separate waiter than we did. Service was slow. Haven't gotten our food yet but will update if anything decent comes of this visit. We didn't even want to eat here today because of the stupid CEO but we went to IHOP and we couldn't get seated due to it being severely understaffed. So after we left, we had a bad experience overall. The waiter sucked, there was this other waitress that we tipped because she did more in 5 minutes than our waiter did overall. The photo pictured was after both our drinks were left empty for awhile after our waiter walked by and did nothing. I'm very tired of being ignored and treated like I don't exist when I go out to eat.

Great food and amazing atmosphere. Retail store has an abundance of items you're not likely to find anywhere else. Dine in service is excellent, curbside isn't bad but could be improved. Thats the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars for overall and service

4 stars for the service 3 stars for the food. Kylee C. was my server and she was great. For the food, I hadn't eaten at a Cracker Barrel in a long time but it seems like the food has fallen off. It seems like they're using cheaper and everything tasted like it had been prepared 3 hours earlier. Plus, for what you're paying, the portions are quite small as you can see in my picture. I hadn't eaten anything when I took the photo. There's other breakfast places with better freshly prepared food for the same price.

I received an email from Cracker barrel advertising special meals delivered for $8.12. I placed my order and received a conformation my total order was $9.12. Great deal..ha ha my card was charged $19.00. I immediately called to cancel my order. I talked to Kim, who told me she was the manager and would issue a full refund. It has been 5 working days and still no refund. I went to walk my dog later and saw a Cracker Barrel bag on the sidewalk. I don't have a clue how long it had been there. Long enough for flies and creepy crawlers to have a meal. I brought the bag in and when I brought the bag in and opened it I was totally shocked! It was a paper thin small slice of meat loaf and mashed potatoes you could stand a fork straight up.

This is the best McDonalds that has not yet opened. Many people were tired of looking at trees on this corner lot and thought, you know what we need here…a McDonalds. And here we are. Too bad they weren’t here for Christmas to give customers another place to find out the Grinch Meal was sold out. I think they should place a ceremonial bronze McRib outside on the corner of Battlefield Parkway to cement their dedication to the town. Thanks.

Put in mobile order for curbside pickup. Mobile order doesn't let me type number for pick up and tells me to go inside and tell them the order number. Go inside and tell the the order number. I was then told I can't have my food until I check in.... Go through drive though hoping to explain to someone that literally prepped the food and could see the order number on the bag. That I am unable to type in a curbside number and the app tells me to tell them my order number. Get told again I have to check in... Have to go back inside yet again.... Finally get the food that had been sitting that I saw with my order number on it.... Amazing.

Clean restaurant, friendly, efficient service and very good food! It was a last minute, Sunday evening, "we forgot to fix dinner!" outing, close to home. My wife's burrito was HUGE, a little heavy on black beans but still good. I did street tacos; delicious! One of the biggest hits for me was the spinach queso. It was a tiny bit runny, but the flavor was amazing. This will be a do-again, especially with the location being so convenient

Update: 02/20/2026 This is my only thumbs down along with the ground beef in the tacos tastes gross like it was altered into something else. Not sure if it is even ground beef. Update: 08/17/2025 Ask for the verde salsa: it is medium heat with good flavor and it does cost extra but worth it in my opinion. Texas Fajitas with light onions and peppers are is my current favorite dish. Original: I love the El Agave quesadilla and El Agave burrito! I stumbled on if you get the El Agave burrito and cut it all up and mix it real good after adding about half a side of their fries and adding an entire bowl of their red salsa it is AMAZING!!!! See pics The El Agave burrito has Shrimp, Chicken, Steak, Chorizo, with rice n beans and some salsa verde it sits in on the plate. They pour some queso over it too. They add onions into the burrito but I tend to pick out the big chunks of onion because I tend to prefer onions a bit more chopped up I do love to get a soft shell carne asada taco as well as they are very good too. I think this place is better now than when it used to be Tres Amigos. Back then I didn’t eat there and now I definitely do. I came back and got the El Agave Nachos substitute nachos for Fries and OMG! It is 17.99 but worth it and I need two bowls of salsa to dump on it…mmmmmmm! Foodgasm

Shout-out to Jesus! You got me hooked on a new favorite dish! We got some delicious spinach dip, as well as some amazing steak tacos topped with onions, cilantro, lime and salsa verde! We rented an airbnb near by and saw this place with 4.8 stars and decided to try it. Ordered online, was simple and quick and we placed a large order for family of 9. The pizza was ready within 15 mins the prefect timing of how long it took me to drive and pick it up. Everything was delicious took except for the BBQ wings. It tasted like chicken and I don't like my chicken to taste like chicken even with the sauce. The team members were friendly and ensured the order was correct.

First time here and it was really good !!!! I loved the pizza and the salads also. Of course, we had to get 2 different pizzas because of the children not liking the same thing, but that's okay , they had deals going on ! Maybe just a tad overpriced but it's worth it for good pizza !
