Waiter filled drinks often, everyone was nice. BATHROOM HAD NO LIGHTING. I literally could not see when I walked in and had to go get my phone for lighting. Also cheese dip tasted like velveeta.

WATCH YOUR CHANGE!!!! Young girl at register cannot count! At first she got me for five dollars then when I questioned it took her forever to figure it out then she still got me for $1 . 10/5/24 lunch and had the Pollo Picante as the menu said if you like it hot, found it not to be hot as described. Rather mild with not much flavor. Chips and salsa were ok, salsa could use a bit of heat!

Wow, wow, wow. I had a party of 4 with two small kids and we are all so impressed. The food was amazing. Very fast and friendly. Waited less than 10 minutes for our food. Hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. 10/10.

Holy taco! We just happened upon this place while traveling thru. Amazing food in HUGE helpings! Fantastic, friendly service! Highly recommend! I wish we lived closer, wed frequent this place! Clean and open atmosphere. Love, love, love!

It was a bad dining experience. They were busy and we waited 15 minutes for a table, which was tolerable. However, it was another 40 minutes before the server took our order. And then the order was wrong. The tortillas were too chewy to eat. Service was extremely slow and the server was unavailable. The bill was incorrect, but the manager would not correct the error. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

We were here passing through. This critique may not be for agreeable to the everyday person but this was my experience stopping through. We received our reference from the front desk attendant at the hotel Avid across from the restaurant. He said it was great. Our choices were Cracker Barrel that we could walk to or Fiesta Mexicana. We decided to try it and the wait staff had a difficult time understanding our order therefore it came incorrect. Not a big deal. I am not a Karen. I waited for her to come back so we could get it corrected. She did not. In the mean time my husband went to the front desk to get silverware as there wasn’t any supplied and he had already received his food. Another staff came over after she noticed I wasn’t eating and got the manager. She remade it in minutes. It was ok for us. Salsa was watery but had flavor. Booths are worn but comfortable. Wait staff said when we were ready with the check she would take it up but again never came back. We took it up ourselves. Maybe we went in a bad night Friday night. Our experience was mediocre or just so so.

quiet atmosphere, very good food although the deviled shrimp are a little too spicy, the waiters take a little time taking the orders and that's why a customer left because they felt like they were waiting too long, a little more light on the tables was not It would be bad because of the prices, it seemed very good to me

We ordered two breakfasts with over-easy eggs and soft bacon with extra bacon, and 1 breakfast with a med-rare steak and over-easy eggs. First off, the food was cold (we live 3 miles away). The eggs were bland, with most of them fried hard. The few that actually were over-easy had popped yolks and were soaking into the rest of the food. The "soft" bacon was crispy and burnt. And the steak was definitely not med-rare. It was so well done it was comparable to shoe leather. We fed it to the cat. Sad to say, but Waffle House provides better quality than what we received from here. 05/25/2024 Order #120156162

The food has 100% made a come back. Must have more experienced cooks in the kitchen again. Service has always been great in my opinion. With the exception of 1 person. The lady who works in the store and seats people at times. I cannot recall her name. She is short older black lady that wears a mask all the time. The servers leave the check with you after you get your food. Which I feel is a great thing to do. Never have an issue with the server forgetting to check on us after that. There is a QR code on the check so you can pay from your table. Which is what we do every time we eat here. Last Wednesday morning this lady chased us to the door and told us we had to come pay her. She was not polite about it at all. She followed us and yelled excuse me you have to pay. You can’t leave without paying. In a room full of other guests she made us feel like we were doing something wrong. We really thought about never eating here again, however we all know the places to eat are far and few in our area. Plus we do enjoy the food and service. Other than this lady. She really needs to be trained in customer service. It was so embarrassing and wrong. On all levels it was wrong. She knows we are regulars. She makes the comment about it when she is the hostess.

By far the worst experience ever at this Cracker Barrel. Took 8 minutes to get drinks order after being seated. It was taken by someone beside our waitress. Then after taking our order 34 minutes passed by with no food yet. I spoke with the manager and he said sorry and said he would try and figure out what happen. I advise nevermind I’m not waiting any longer. I could under stand if they were busy but they were not. Seen a lot of standing around talking by employees. I even heard two employees talking about how they were hungry but would not eat because they know who was cooking. That’s sad. I usually don’t write reviews but this one I felt I needed too. I hope they get better. People beside me that came in well after me got their food and was almost done and said did you order yet and I said yes. They were like wow.

Asked for crispy bacon and instead got raw bacon. It's DISGUSTING It just doesn't make any sense to me paid $12 for a play of food and was only able to eat half of it 🤮 I've attached a picture of the bacon y'all gave me It is so gross!!! Not to mention you can see on the bacon is some of the uncooked egg 75% of the scrambled eggs y'all gave me was still gooey and nasty

Thought I’d give it another shot but I should’ve taken my money elsewhere, chicken was cold, hard , and unpleasantly chewy and the rice had no flavor whatsoever. I would rate 0/5 stars if possible.

This was the most disappointing Chinese food I have ever had! I tried this place once a couple of years back and it was terrible but after looking at the reviews of recent I thought we would try once again. Well YUCK!!! Tei Pei frozen is a 1000 times better. Save your money and your stomach stay home and cook!

The chips and salsa was amazing. The salsa that they use tasted so good, we had street tacos. That was really good and we also had steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas, oh my God it was so amazing. It’s only been open two weeks we saw it had 10 reviews. All five stars and this restaurant is definitely worth it. We can’t wait to go back.

Had a nice day date with my husband at El Charro Bar & Restaurant (61 RBC Dr, Ringgold, GA 30736) today. One of our favorite buildings since 2012. Glad to have such a great new restaurant in it again. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the Mexican Street Tacos!!!! Service is friendly and fantastic. As already stated, the food is phenomenal. Go check them out. Large food selection. They will also be having live music in coming weeks. Recommend that everyone checks them out!!!!

How hard is it to get a burger and fry order correct? The drive thru is made for speed, but when the order is wrong bits not much good. Once I went in the lady who seemed to be the boss hooked my order up and away I went. It was typical Wendy's food which I like, it was only the wrong order that tainted my view of this place.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. This Wendy's is horrible. We've been there multiple times in two weeks and every single time they always leave something out or forget something. I called and the lady was rude and hung up.

i’ve never really had an issue with this wendy’s, and i’m a frequent fast food eater espeically at this wendy’s. i ordered delivery today and the wrong order arrived. i called wendy’s and the manager assured me they would have my correct order delivered and my correct order was delivered in under 10 minutes. i have a lot of experience in the wrong order being delivered and it usually turns out with some kind of loss on my end wether that he money or the food i paid for. but this manager that was working today went literally above and beyond and i can’t be more grateful. give that man a raise he deserves it! the best customer service i have ever experienced in my 27 years of life. thank you to the manager! i didn’t catch his name.

We finally got to try our brand new restaurant! I love the fact that the booths are roomier now for us 'thicker' people! Service was fantastic and our food was prepared perfectly. Waffle House has been around a long time for a reason! Stop in and try them out!

Sandy was so rude. I wouldn't be surprised if this location lost business due to her attitude. Prissy stayed over and took care of us and we were so glad she did. She is awesome, great service. PS waffle House coffee is superior to starbies any day.

Good place to have a quick breakfast or maybe lunch or dinner! Its open all night and the service is fast and very nice and helpful. This place gives a retro vibe to it and I believe nothing much has changed since it has opened. The menu is still simple with limited selection of breakfast items. Its a life saver when you are hungry midnight in the middle of nowhere!

The wait in the drive-through line was close to 10 minutes with only one car ahead of me. The young girl that was working the window wasn't overtly rude but she was definitely not personable or friendly and didn't even bother to say thank you. The food was barely lukewarm and the wings were dry with very little sauce and hard like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long.

Drive thru service was horrible. The Caucasian girl with dark hair taking my order was short and had an attitude for no apparent reason.The blonde cashier gave me the worst face ever. Not sure what their issue was. I ignored their attitudes because working in the food industry is hard but if I’m being polite and pleasant, I deserve good service. I should have taken a picture of how they had my chicken off on the side of my sandwich (under the lettuce) and NOT on my sandwich but I was in rush. It was very poorly made. I will not return.

Waffle House is one our favorite restaurants. We love that the food taste so good and the service is quick. This location didn't disappoint, the ladies who assisted us were super nice and the service was quick. Food was delicious and the pumpkin spice waffle was so good as well.

Went and had breakfast with my sis and it was great. We had a great waitress or 2 but they was all great. Lol we sure didn't feel outta place or left out. 🤣 I luv visiting new ones. This one I think was a first for me. Definitely will return and check out the night life

(2022) It's OK but not as good as the location south of town on hwy 41. 5/17/23 come to this Waffle House for dinner giving it another try, and it was very well worth it. We were greeted welcome as soon as we walked in with smiles, restaurant was very well cleaned, and service was fast. Coffee was fresh and hot, and the food was cooked amazingly also hot and fresh. Our waitress was very professional, funny, and very nice! I will definitely be back.

I ordered cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake for lunch and paid $23.08. The burger and fries were great but the shake wasn't worth the $5.69 It was cool but not cold and obviously some kind of machine produced mix rather than a handcrafted ice cream shake. It's so gross that it was still thick even though it was warm by the time I got home. I threw it away.

Have gone here many times with few issues and super courteous and generous staff when issues arose. Today I ordered for take out for Father’s Day dinner. Order was made incorrectly, but not discovered until I was home. Wrong size patties and mixed up toppings. Drove back to store and they did offer to remake the burgers. Waited 10 minutes for remake. Drove back home. At this point fries were cold and turns out most of them were overcooked. Being that they charge premium prices, I was expecting better service or compensation for the hassle (fresh order of fries, drink while I waited, coupon, etc), but none was offered. Very wary to go back as unfortunately it seems something has changed at this store. :/

Tried five guys years ago in pigeon Forge, being as it was in a tourist town I should’ve known better. I have missed out on it all these years and not giving it another try. I finally broke down and came to the one in Fort Oglethorpe, and was very pleased walking in. The staff was very friendly restaurant was very clean (very cold 🥶😂) the gentleman’s name that took our order was Lane and was very respectful and nice. Food came out fast and fresh, and the peanuts are very good. This will not be an every week thing, but I will definitely be back. Manger Haven has done an amazing job with the employees here!
