⭐ 1/5... I wouldn't even give it that much if I didn't have to. I spent almost $40 for this?? No thanks! After a long day at work, I decided to treat myself to some wings. Big mistake. These wings were dry, stale, and tasted nowhere near fresh—like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp just waiting to ruin someone’s night. For almost $40, this was an absolute joke. I ordered 2 different kind of wings and each 10 piece is $15.99 with sides costing additional. Neither set of wings was good or even edible, honestly. The "dry rub" was definitely dry but not in the way they intended, I am sure. I called to get a refund and was basically blamed for their wings being this bad as they were "not picked up on time" even though their website stated 35 minutes for ASAP pick up. I understand food can taste a little off if not picked up right away but these taste as if I've gone over my pick up time by hourssss not just 5-10 minutes! The meat was very tough, the "seasoning" couldn’t save it, and the whole order looked and tasted like something they threw together without a second of care. This was like something you'd see on Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. If this is what they consider acceptable quality, I won’t be wasting my money here again. I know $40 may not sound like much to some people but for others that's all they can manage to set aside to treat themselves to something nice in this economy. Do better, Jefferson’s. This was embarrassing. And definitely no further business from me.

This was my first time here with family and it was delicious, we sat outside and the weather was nice, but the music is a little bit loud for mid day. Love the little town of Ringgold, plenty of great places to shop within walking distance from this restaurant.

10/29/25 had a shrimp basket tonight with slaw, and it was delicious! 8/9/25 came in again for brunch, Haley was my server today, she is a sweetheart really did a great job . 7/19/25 Having Brunch again and as always it is very good. My server today is Chastity and she did a great job !! 5/10/25 new brunch menu is delicious. Very packed on Dolly Days, the staff did a very good job getting people in and out. 4/18/25 great service at bar and good food! Best BLT I’ve had in a restaurant! 1/21/25 great food and service. Always enjoy a meal here! I like the new chili dog! And the shrimp basket is very good!

Went during the brunch menu time. The portions are huge, the Avocado Toast was flavorful. The Eggs Benedict was okay it was a little bland and the hashbrown casserole was a tad dry. Prices were great for the portion size. We will definitely give it another try.

Really great fried mushrooms with barely there horseradish sauce. SW Fish tacos were tasty and the turkey philly was great, too. Came to hear the band, One shit Wonders and they were awesome. Love that this restaurant supports local bands. We will be back.

The atmosphere is great, and the service was even better. The 10 Oz sirloin was good to perfection and baked potatoe was good. I wish the lettuce in the salad was crispier and the salade was real salty for some reason. But, this was a great supper and the server did a great job. I will come back. Stopped again while traveling g and tried the salmon with baked potato and rice. This time they had to carry the salmon back due to it not being cooked. When it came back it was not bad. The service was great!

Wonderful food and a wonderful environment. The building is spacious and kept cleans. The hostess and the waitress were so polite and sweet. My husband and I tried the fried pickles and man were they delicious! Crispy, salty, and super fresh. Some of the best fried pickles I’ve had, for sure. I got the meatloaf with okra and the meatloaf is top tier. Savory, soft, and tender. The okra was crispy, but there wasn’t much flavor. My husband got the Philly cheese and fries. The CHEESE was cheesing. It was packed with flavor! Needless to say, the food was amazing. They do karaoke and live music. I definitely can’t wait to try the night scene there!

2nd time trying this place. The chicken casserole was fire, but be aware they're skimpy with the crumbs on top.. Catfish filets are huge** & tasty, but tastes & looks more like cod, also has a very thick, hard crust. Mashed potatoes & gravy are amazing. Tea is also made right. The fried potatoes with onions were cold, however. Fried chicken was good. Beans, greens, & mac n cheese are not bad. One of our butter packs were served to us opened & unusable. Cornbread was great.

A nice down home, simple No frills eatery. As a 40-year chef, I enjoyed the food although the portions were a bit small for the somewhat high prices. Everything was good but a little on the bland side. Which is okay, that's what salt and pepper are for. I'd rather have bland than over seasoned any day. Service is subpar. Brought our orders and then never came back until our plates were empty. No check backs, no refills etc. if you want good tips, earn them! Some subtle music or turning on the television would have been nice as well. Felt like we were sitting in a school cafeteria. There was no welcome when walking in the door. You sit yourself and wait for someone to show up at your table. Not the most friendly or business-oriented atmosphere. It's obvious that the kitchen is the heartbeat of this establishment.

Nothing quite like a meat and three for comfort food while travelling. I'd read review that recommended the fried pork tenderloin and the review was absolutely accurate... SCRUMPTIOUS!! The sweet potato casserole and the corn fritters were also off the chart tasty. Like most good meat and three restaurants, it's not a fancy place, but there's a little more satisfying than a good selection of mix and match meat and vegetable choices. And it's a nice stop to get off the highway for a moment. We will probably stop by again when we're traveling to Atlanta again.

Mini vacation brought us to Ringgold, Georgia. We wanted something other than fast food or bar food. Found this place in a quaint small downtown and wasn’t disappointed. Good home cooked style food with fast friendly service. Loved the meatloaf!

From the moment we walked in, the owners made us feel right at home. They were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The restaurant itself was spotless, which made for a very pleasant dining atmosphere. We started with the rice and beans, which were full of flavor and a perfect accompaniment to our meal. The shrimp and steak tacos were absolutely to die for—especially with the homemade corn tortillas that added the perfect touch. And let’s not forget the salsa—simply fabulous, with just the right amount of kick! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend El Charro to anyone looking for great Mexican food. Can’t wait to go back!

They have put a discount card in the hotels for $1.99 off. LOL that is not very much at all when the other restaurants give 10% or a free appetizer. 4/19/25 The food was much better than my first visit. The sauce was good with flavor and a little kick. Our server (Jose G) was very attentive and polite.

Ate here tonight for the second time and was delighted yet again. The steak and chicken were both tender and juicy and full of flavor, and the desserts were delicious. Plus you can’t beat a $3 margarita! Prices were great on all the food, will definitely be returning again!

It's a really unique place. The tables and chairs are all hand painted, lots of televisions (sports bar feel) and clean. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. It will give the other local places a run for their money IF business picks up. I highly recommend the food.

5/14/25 still the best pizza in town! 2/15/24 good lunch today! 1/9/24 another good lunch as always. Always good, very clean with a friendly staff. Best pizza anywhere around. The staff here is very friendly and very attentive to your needs. They will go out of their way to make sure everything is to your liking. Warren is a Good chef.

This is cartoon pizza. This is comparable to chuck e cheese pizza. I'm an idiot and should've questioned the quality when I saw they had a buffet and it was just under 40 bucks for 2 large, wings, and breadsticks. My 2 year old who is picky and only eats carbs wouldn't touch it after two bites, he usually loves pizza. I'm on the toilet tonight at 330 writing this review. Ringgold doesn't have good pizza. Don't be duped like I was. This wasn't my first spot.

I have not found a place like this since moving from south Florida 6 years ago. The food is amazing the prices are great and the staff is awesome! The 2 girls that were there yesterday were very easy to talk to and really kind. Definitely will be coming back

We got here at 5:30 on a Sunday afternoon just before the crowd came in plus the service & food was excellent. Great place in Ringgold, Ga right by the old railroad depot on the main drag through town so lots of exposure for folks to give it a try. My House Special Calzone had sooo much piping hot cheese and meats and veggies! The Hawaiian pineapple pizza was heavenly and the Stromboli spinach and feta cheese absolutely delicious. First time here and we're planning on a return visit in very near future! Revisited recently solo and had a Grecian style chicken on rice that comes with Greek salad and bread sticks with marinara sauce. Delicious!

Wonderful little cafe!! Food was amazing and the staff is incredible!! Great service. Awesome menu!! We stopped in for breakfast and the steak and eggs was excellent!! Hash browns were perfect too. Even the toast was awesome!! We will definitely be back!!!

Breakfast All Day! Such an adorable little place & really good coffee. I had the salted caramel latte. Definitely recommend! Shotgun breakfast sampler was so good. A little bit of everything! The bacon was very yummy! We loved the stuffed French toast with strawberry topping. I also bought the cutest coffee cup & saucer with a live potted plant. The had a whole shelf of plants for sale. We will absolutely be back. Our waitress was so nice! Please follow our reviews & leave a like on a photo to help our reach.

Lovely little place. The food is made fresh, but doesn't come from local farms. I really enjoyed the French toast, and could only eat half the pancakes before I got too full. It was all delicious overall. I also got a peanut butter milkshake, which did have more of a protein shake texture, but that's what you get when you order peanut butter so I'm not faulting them. Its exactly what I expected and needed. The place feels like a closed in back patio. The furniture is whatever works as a combination of tables and chairs. I dont drink coffee, but they have a large chalkboard where drinks are listed, along with other menus.

My husband and I went to have breakfast on Sunday because we wanted to try a different place and this is the place we picked. We got there about 08:30-9:00 am and there was no wait at all with only 2 other couples seated. We were greeted right away and everyone was super nice. I expressed to our waitress that this was our first time there so we needed a couple minutes. We both ordered the same thing the Shotgun Breakfast Sampler. We got our food pretty quickly and everything tasted good, however everything but our hashbrowns were cold. We were our to an appointment so I did not have time to send the food back and have it remade. We did try their coffee on our way out and the coffee was delicious.

This place is fantastic!!! I’m so excited to finally have a new spot to eat in town to go to. They have all sorts of canned goods, spices, meats, cheeses and they offer sandwiches to eat. Quality is top notch and the owner is so sweet! Can’t wait to come back ❤️

I had to stop by one day to try their sandwiches and deli meats. Everything is perfectly crafted and the employees are absolutely the nicest people. You can also purchase meat rather than just sandwiches (as it is a deli) and they will cut it as you wish for it to be cut. Next time you're in a quick hurry and need a healthy bite, check out the Butcher Shoppe Deli in downtown Ringgold!

This place is very good. My pimento sandwich was cooked perfectly and was nice and warm. I saw a review on here that left 1 star. I understand the situation but don’t agree. These are new business owners and I think people need to remember that when visiting. They’re still figuring some things out as they go as anyone would in a new venture, but the customer service is there. They did a great job in my opinion. The owner was very sweet and professional. I will be coming back.

Wow! I wish we tried Vocelli sooner! Everything is very fresh and great ingredients. High quality cheese, great crust, and sauce is spot on. The stromboli are huge! We eat half for dinner and then use the air fryer to reheat the other half for lunch the next day. Also the pepperoni pizza rolls are out of this world. Then for dessert the cannolis are next level and their gelato is so good! Their service is the best I've experienced in a long time, which is refreshing in this day and age at restaurants and fast food. Atmosphere is very chill and the price is nice too!

We rented an airbnb near by and saw this place with 4.8 stars and decided to try it. Ordered online, was simple and quick and we placed a large order for family of 9. The pizza was ready within 15 mins the prefect timing of how long it took me to drive and pick it up. Everything was delicious took except for the BBQ wings. It tasted like chicken and I don't like my chicken to taste like chicken even with the sauce. The team members were friendly and ensured the order was correct.

Food is good and fantastic portion sizes. Environment is quiet with enough white noise to make it work. Loved the prices. The location is not the nicest or easiest to find but I would definitely come again now that I know it exists

My husband got us to go order for lunch today the messed my order up the chicken was so dry. You couldn’t eat it and tough. The portions were small for the price at $12 and something for lunch special New to Ringgold we’ll never be getting anything else from there again. Way too expensive and the food is not good at least what I got. They did exchange it for what I’d originally ordered, but it was still just not that much food for the price and tough drastic and I’ve never had chicken so dry even my husband said his was dry and he’ll eat anything go to New China for lunch special it’s better you half the price. I am a nice person and hate putting post out there like that, but I wouldn’t go there to eat again.

Clean restaurant, friendly, efficient service and very good food! It was a last minute, Sunday evening, "we forgot to fix dinner!" outing, close to home. My wife's burrito was HUGE, a little heavy on black beans but still good. I did street tacos; delicious! One of the biggest hits for me was the spinach queso. It was a tiny bit runny, but the flavor was amazing. This will be a do-again, especially with the location being so convenient

I am so embarrassed and sad right now. My wife and I USED to visit this place at least once a week. She is out of town and I went by myself tonight. I’m on the keto diet and the previous 2 times I went, I was as well. I couldn’t have the rice or beans so they would just bring me a small bowl of shredded cheese at no added price. Tonight though a manager (younger than my children) said that he didn’t care what people had done in the past but he had to charge for any cheese. Now before you label me a Karen, I owned a restaurant in the past and this is the only negative review I have ever done on a restaurant. It was his lack of caring or respect that was so bad and he said I shouldn’t worry about eating there anymore. I stayed professional through the entire encounter and he could care less. I am hurt and pissed off so of course I will make sure that everyone in my family who lives in the Ringgold area knows who is overseeing this place. Benefit: I drove to El Cactus in front of Walmart (never been here before) and complained about my experience. They were very empathetic and welcoming and I probably had the best meal and customer service ever.

Shout-out to Jesus! You got me hooked on a new favorite dish! We got some delicious spinach dip, as well as some amazing steak tacos topped with onions, cilantro, lime and salsa verde!
