Great hotel right off the interstate. Modern design with laminated floors in the rooms. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. No more curtains, our room had roll down blackout shades with a desk and small refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a real shower in it. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful hotel. That is the end to the pros. The walls are paper thin. I had an even numbered room are heard highway noise ALL night. I stayed at other hotels on my travels and none were this bad. I also found multiple hairs that were not mine in my bed ( I only took a few pictures and decided not to gross myself out anymore) 😳🤮

First night there wasn’t much to complain about. Rooms could be a little roomier, more storage would be nice, but overall very clean and decent. But first morning I wake up and go down to get breakfast with my daughter and I wave my hand in front of the pancake machine to try making her a pancake. I sit there for about 10-20 seconds to wait and see if the machine starts making any noise indicating it’s beginning to make a pancake (because it had worked fine just before). Nothing. So I try a couple more times and nothing. I walk away, and apparently the pancakes decided to come out about 5 minutes too late. And the old coot working decides it’d be acceptable to scold me about how I jammed up the machine and should have only waved my hand once. Maybe they should get a working machine before deciding to scold customers for jamming up the device. Not the lack of hospitality I’d expect from a Hilton at all. Very disappointed. I’m a grown man and paying customer, I don’t expect to be scolded by the old lady being paid to make my trip enjoyable.

Right off of 70 in Tennessee. Great location. Rooms were great they had lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and body was. All super sized.. Great breakfast 😋. Pool, spa and a pool table. Munchies for the late nights. They also served coffee and tea all night long

This tru saved me! The woman working the desk at 2 am on 10/15 was so incredibly nice! I couldn’t find a hotel anywhere, when I called stressed out at 1am asking about availability she was nice and helpful. She was the same level of nice when we arrived exhausted at 2am with our pup after driving 21 hours. Dog friendly hotel. The room was clean and I was able to do a late check out. Thanks!!

I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inns. This one was fine, but the check-in process was disorganized and frustrating. Im going to chalk this up as the person at the front desk was probably having a bad day? I booked two rooms - both transactions were clearly successful - but the clerk at the desk insisted one of the charges didn’t go through. She went ahead and charged me again and I ended up getting billed for an extra room. I was able to resolve it, but would rather not have had to go through that process. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, but the rooms only had two towels & washcloths and we had to request the extra linens be brought up. When we booked ahead, we told the hotel how many people would be in each room. Perhaps this is being nit-picky, but these aren’t problems I generally run into at other Hampton or Hilton hotels. I also had problems with all my keys. I had to have them re-keyed within a couple hours of checking in. Again, not a huge deal, but another annoyance I’d rather not have to deal with, especially when only staying for one night. They For the price they charge at a non-touristy location just off the freeway, I don’t think that asking for a little more attention to detail is a tall order.

I stayed here while my truck was being fixed around the corner. Super easy check-in, room was spacious and clean, bathroom was amazing, and the TV had my name on it when I walked inside! Definitely made me feel welcome.

The room wad nice and clean. I was able to check in on the app and it notified me when my room was ready. However, my digital key didn't work. And I had to get my keys reprogrammed. Then the next morning check out is at 12pm but we were pre-checked out by the front desk at 9:36am and our keys stopped working, had to get them reprogrammed. Less than 30 minutes after being reprogrammed they stopped working again. The pre-check is VERY inconvenient especially when you still have 3 hours before checking out.

This hotel is horrible. I feel bad for the staff, they are overworked and have to constantly apologize for the incredible maintenance negligence this hotel is experiencing. Our room had an infestation of lady bugs, along with 100’s of dead lady bugs on the carpet. We asked them to vacuum but they never did. The light fixtures are missing, the power outlets do not work and the tv doesn’t work. We paid over $275 for this hotel room which is obscene. There are security concerns to include the stairwell to the rooms is accessible by anyone who walks in the door and completely out of view of the front desk. The maintenance room ( photographed) was left open 24/7 where anyone could access the tools and port tools. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again. I have no idea how they have higher than a 1 star review.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, but I did notice a stain on the comforter, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the main issue was the noise level in the hotel, which was quite disruptive during my stay. Additionally, I had an uncomfortable encounter during check-in. The front desk staff member, Mike, made inappropriate comments about Christians without realizing that I'm a pastor myself. I was surprised by his lack of professionalism. Even after Sherry, his colleague, advised him to stop, he continued with his comments, brushing them off as "guy talk." This left me highly disappointed in the professionalism of the staff.

Booked this while traveling through GA. Location was fine, parking fine. Once entering the lobby, whew the overwhelming smell was horrible. I asked the desk lady what the smell was? Her surly reply was I don't smell anything I must be used to it.....! Once in the elevator it was not there, not on the 2nd floor nor in our room. If it had permeated into those areas we would have left. The place was clean, the room was fine. It had a small bathroom but a Fantastic shower & water pressure. The next morning checking out at 9:30 no coffee in the breakfast room & no offer to make any. The odor was still in there. I asked this lady did she know what the odor was. Her answer, nicer than the night lady's was the same. I asked could it be the indoor pool you exit to through the breakfast room? She stated she would tell "them." She did offer to go into a backroom to see if they had coffee made. I thanked her but said it was OK, we'd go buy some. Maybe they have a water trap that needed to be cleaned or cloroxed & forgotten. I don't know but the smell was awful. We didn't leave because the upstairs was not bad. Except for the lobby area & coffee the room was good.

We had blood on the sheets. Mold in shower. Who ever cleaned it needs to find another job. We stopped here because the night before we stayed in one in another town. And expected the same quality. But was disappointed.

This was my first and last time at a Holiday Inn Express. When making the reservation I searched for a hotel with pool and hot tub and the fact that the pool was closed for renovation was not ever mentioned during the reservation process. Had I known there was no pool I would have never stayed there. I believe this to be false advertising as everywhere that I looked it was indicated that there was a pool. The method of turning the shower on is something I have never seen and is not clearly evident and having instructions posted would help.

I checked in for the night to sleep before continuing a 16 hr drive . It was my 2 sons and myself, checking out the next morning. Google listed the room price at $124, when I checked in I was told it was $188.65, then in the morning the receipt under the door said it was $178.65. Upon arriving in the room, it was found to be clean, however; the blankets, sheets and pillows had been laundered in something containing Lavender, which I am allergic to. I immediately had to use my inhaler and then had to sleep on the bench in the room with a rolled up beach towel from home as my pillow and another beach towel as my blanket because I was unable to sleep on.or use the Lavender bedding and breathe. I mentioned it to the lady as we were checking out and she apologized, but nothing else was offered. """If you are allergic to Lavender, stay away!l I did email the hotel as well but haven't received any response.

N I be hotel. Under renovation. However I did get a little weirded out when the older gentleman at the front desk wouldn’t make me a new key cause mine stopped working he said he had to use the real key or something like that. But he went up with me to my room. Stick an actual key in my door but didn’t turn it at all then stuck the key card (his) into the door and tried like 3 times and it finally unlocked. Idk why he couldn’t just make me a new key.

The king bed suite we stayed in was immaculate and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Trundle bed built into the sofa was a hit with our 10 year old. Breakfast that was provided had a great selection of items. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. When my husband went downstairs to buy a toothbrush kit because he forgot to pack toothpaste the attendant told him that if all he needed was toothpaste not to worry and he gave him some for free. Desk area in suite was comfortable and a great area to work during my stay. Overall a great experience. I definitely would stay here again when passing through.

The front desk gentleman Jack was so very nice, informative and kind. Our room was Very nice, comfortable bed, quiet for the most part. In the middle of the night could hear dog barking. Breakfast bar was fantastic! VERY clean, well stocked with various selections of food. Comfortable seating. At checkout it was handled very speedy and very friendly. We would highly recommend this place to stay!

We stayed here last week and We had our “do not disturb” sign on our stay and on our 3rd day there we came back about 7:00pm and the hotel people had been in our room and cleaned even with the “Do not disturb” sign on the door. I asked the guy at the desk in the morning why they entered our room and his exact words were “you have to tell us not to enter the room”. I said that is ridiculous and doesn’t make any sense. He still insisted on that’s what you have to do. We have stayed at this motel numerous times and never had todo that. Why couldn’t he just admit that they made a mistake rather then makeup this absurd response.

What a wonderful way to rest on our trip! Showers were beautiful and had great pressure on water. We came on late but the front desk was so kind and speedy. The room was very spacious and clean, smelling. I loved the look of the bathroom barn door but with little ones not safe. Took a refreshing shower with the great bath accessories provided. Bedding and bed were incredibly clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast items were delicious and fresh. and abundant. The food staff was busy cleaning up, replenishing food, and sweetly helping the guests with everything. I did not, however, see them clean up tables after guests cleared.

Rooms are spacious clean and stocked well. The mini fridge only worked for 2 hours at a time. Our air conditioning froze up every evening and even when we complained the maintenance man came sprayed almost a whole can of cleaner in it which we breathed in for the next 2 days but it was never fixed. We did our laundry there the washer was oversized and worked really well but the dryer never dried the load of clothes after spending $9 just to dry them. Breakfast was really good with wide selection. The crew members in the lobby were awesome. The housekeeping crew were good but hard to communicate bc of most not being able to speak English.

The room was clean, and the staff were amazing. Here's the issue, $107 for 1 night is literally highway robbery. The breakfast offerings were beyond dismal for that prince's ransom we paid for sleeping in a smoking room for 5 hours.

When you try a new place, you never know what you will walk into.. Well, I can say from the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman, Mr.Dewayne. I don't know if he was the manager, but he could have been. Quick check-in, very easy. The room was very clean and updated. The grounds we nothing fancy but clean as well..Quiet area and yes, I will visit again..Thanks to your crew for doing such a great job...

Kay at your Ringgold location was very friendly and helpful. My Husband & I (old people LOL) had drove from Auburn Illinois to Ringgold where I had reserved a room through Agoda. Upon arrival we found out there was no hot water so we did not want to stay. I tried to contact customer service at Agoda which was a joke. Kay could tell I was tired and upset, so she was able to contact Agoda and cancel the reservation. THAN YOU VERY MUCH KAY. Rita & Dave

It was an alright "Avid" hotel. Not much of a "Wow" factor. All new hotels have its quirks. Elevator wouldn't close. This be a good review for this new hotel. Already need toothpaste. Breakfast is pretty weak for a very good hotel. How about more fresh food.

This was our last option on a long drive and we just needed a place to sleep. The sheets appeared to be clean, but the bathroom didn't. Furniture was old and in bad shape. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly which was appreciated.

We last minute booked a stay here when driving through and were happily surprised with how nice the rooms were, not just for the price but overall. Our room seemed like it was recently remodeled and everything was clean and orderly. It was honestly nicer than a lot of Hampton, embassy suites, etc. that I’ve stayed in and for under $80 total, it was great. Would recommend.

The room smelled like cigarettes so bad I couldn't breath. The sheets were dirty had hair on them. Called the front desk and the lady was rude about it, she acted liked they were clean. This is a run down smelly hotel even the hall ways had a funky smell. I think they have there family and friends leaving good reviews, because there was nothing good about this hotel. NASTY!!!!

Wonderful place, very clean room, comfortable bed and they even furnished extras pillows without asking. The lady at tha front desk was extremely nice. Price was cheaper than another place around... we were traveling in from out of state and I call several other hotels in the area. Not only was this one in a great location. She was very helpful reserving us a room. I won't stay anywhere else when I go back to Ringgold/ Chattanooga area.

I DONT recommendthis hotel! I brought my grandkids here and they couldn't breath in this hotel ! The hallways smelt just as bad as the room! The room didn't have clean sheets and had burn holes everywhere! Then we go to cancel our reservation and the front desk person was rude.
