This hotel was a nice break from the road. The pool was heated and they also had a hot tub! They had a snack section, reasonably priced and complimentary breakfast, which was delicious! Nice coffee station in the lobby too. Worth the stay. Customer service was great as well. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Hotel is dated. The outlets on the lamps for phone charging, etc were so loose they would not make connection. We had to dig behind the nightstands to plug up phones, etc. The bed was sunk in and not very comfortable. Curtain was torn with hairs on it. Small amount of mold on shower door. The room was fairly clean other than that. Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. Parking lot needed better lighting.

We have used Hampton Inn many times and this was our worst stay from this brand. As we checked in the clerk was finishing a phone call, obviously frustrated, hung up and said to me "I hate dealing with foreigners, they don't know how busy I am." He was fine with me, but the next time he needs to vent he should do so behind closed doors, not with a customer. Our bed was springy and a bit lumpy, and the fitted sheet would not stay on due to worn elastic on the corners. Pillows were fine. The shower water control would not stay at the selected temperature - it was loose and kept migrating to very hot water. I had to shower with one hand on the control knob. Some mold in the shower corners. Breakfast food was fine but our table top was loose and wobbled so much my coffee almost spilled. Not up to the usual Hampton standard.

First time staying at a Hampton. The room was old and run down. The ceiling was fixed probably due to a leak. The beds are hard but especially where you lay so we had to lay in the middle. We had a room on the end so it was quiet. The room was more like a Quality Inn room. Rather high price for what you get. The breakfast was good with bacon and eggs etc. The front doesn’t great you and wasn’t real friendly, not like at the Hilton. Will stay at the Hilton from now on.

My husband and I had a little getaway! We enjoyed the stay, and their complimentary breakfast was spectacular! I've had worse from what was supposed to be a luxurious hotel. This hotel wasn't anything too fancy, but it lived up to our standard, and it is within budget.

One of the best stays we've had!! Everything is clean and even smells clean. They have family games in the lobby and a pool table, although they haven't received all of the parts for the pool table there are plenty of board games! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

New hotel, clean, trendy, and comfortable. Room is a good size, just a little quirky. Staff helpful, easy check in. Breakfast with good variety each morning. Easy location just off interstate.

The rooms were fairly new and very nice. We only stayed for the night so we could sleep and get back onto the road for travel but I would definitely stay longer if I was in the area for leisure time.

Biggest complaint, the noise from the highway. The walls are very thin, you hear every door shut every commode flush. The bed is comfortable, there is one night stand so who ever sleeps on the opposite side has no where to put drink phone.

Hotel was rated 8.8 out of 10. I would say hotels a solid 7.5, 8.8 would be a little ambitious. Clean hotel, nice staff, but if you get a room make sure it doesn't face the highway or you will hear noise all night.

Good, clean room. Staff were great and helpful. The bed was more comfy than my bed at home. Bad, ice machine not working, breakfast was a huge disappointment (cold cereal, little muffins or bagels). Had to have staff get our TV on and then we could only get one channel. Guess I feel like I paid to much for what we had.

Checked in by Kay The nicest hotel receptionist I've ever met! We stayed two nights there. The bed that was in our room was nice and firm so I slept really great! probably the best night's sleep in a hotel I've ever had! They had nice clean rooms and they were perfect and really cute and at a great price! There was 2 chairs and a table along with a desk an office chair a dresser a refrigerator microwave and coffee pot and it also had a hair dryer in the room! Will definitely come back to this hotel everytime wwe visit! They have veteran parking and smoking rooms. And there less then a mile from cracker barrel and waffle House and about 5 miles from Walmart and stuff.

First of all, room was inaccessible due to door cards. Ours and women next door had to struggle to get in. Toilet seat was disconnected from base of toilet. Old Urine all around the base of toilet. Bed was great, tv remote didn’t work at all. Noisy street right in front very early in am. Dry breakfast but plentiful. Eggs weren’t hard boiled, they WERE RAW. Discovered this in the front seat of my car anxious for a quick snack 😩.

Front Person was very nice. The lady on 1st shift was kinda rude, she was unpleasant when asking for breakfast items. She acted like she didn't want to bothered

Comfortable beds, nice bathroom with super hot water, and adjustable shower head. After 12 hours of driving, that pulse feels divine. There is Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in pumps in the shower, compared to the sample bottles of cheap knock off you get elsewhere. The only thing is one of the plug-ins by the bed doesn't work, but that's not enough to dock this hotel by a star. I wrote this before we had breakfast, so no review on that yet.

Don't go here!! We called ahead and were told one price and when we got there it was ALOT higher($50.00+). Yes, We talked to the front desk when we called--we asked! The next day tried to talk to a manager(several times) she was never in!

Fair to good lodging in the cleanliness department. Near impossible to get correct paperwork if doing tax exemptions... not sure what more can be done. Would love upper management to contact me, as emailing and calling to get correct receipts for expense reports has been met with empty promises/being outright ignored. Shameful.

The reception area was bright and welcoming. The breakafast was good and the coffeewas great! She recommended Farm to Fork across the way to eat! Definitely dine there the food was great!

Stopped here for 1 night. It was convenient for my route. I travel a lot (about 100 nights per year and did not find this Springhill Suites on par with Marriott's standards. The room was not in good shape at all and it certainly did not feel clean, although it may have been. There is a strong smell (not a good smell) when you enter the room that was hard to tolerate. The refrigerator either didn't work, it was not on because it was hot and smelled horrible when you opened the door. I reported this, but it was not repaired during my stay so it was useless for me. The perception of not being clean was due to the numerous stains on the desk and TV counter. This can be removed possibly with a zero grit steel wool or even a magic eraser. Until those stains are removed, guests should not be put in this room. The sofa was worn and stained in spots. Overall, I didn't have a good impression and if I chose to stay at this hotel, I would not ever accept room 509 again. Perhaps the other rooms are in better condition, but I cannot speak to that. I most likely will not return to find out.

Rooms were not clean. Blood was smeared all over on the doors between our two rooms. Called front desk and they were in no hurry to clean it up. When they did, they didn't use disinfectant or gloves. Large clumps of Hair on the floor in bathroom and living area. At breakfast, the water for tea had black speck floating in it....NOT coffee grounds. Have stayed here before, but will never in the future.

I’ve had the opportunity to stay here a total of 8 nights over 2 business visits. I’m consistently happy with the cleanliness and layout of the facility. Staff shout outs go to Melissa behind the desk and HeatherB who makes sure folks are properly fed.

We had excellent and friendly service at the SpringHill Suites in Ringgold, GA. The comfortable bed was welcomed after a long drive North. The hotel is new so everything is clean and fresh. Breakfast buffet is pretty basic and provides enough to get your day started, but if you expect something more find a restaurant. The only issue we had was with the design of the room. As people have mentioned in their reviews of the property the HVAC unit is somewhat loud and can cause an issue for light sleepers. This is very typical for these type in the wall units. Also there is no area for hanging clothes. Even a few hooks for coats would be appreciated.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Claims it’s newly remodeled but cheaply and poorly done. They used all the old furniture in the room. Also bathroom was disgusting, the floor and the base of the toilet wasn’t cleaned. You could see hair on the floor and pee on the base of the toilet. No toilet paper holder was just sitting on the sink. Smoke detector wasn’t connected and sitting on the refrigerator.

We were on a road trip and the entire market was sold out except for this hotel and now I know why. There was urine all over the toilet seat and floor, hair in the bathtub, and the floor was disgusting. Clearly had not been cleaned and the room was not maintained at all. There were no other accommodations available or we would have left immediately. It also backs up to a cemetary and has exterior entrances so the foot traffic is very loud. I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. Highway robbery to be charged $174 a night for such deplorable conditions.

This was our last option on a long drive and we just needed a place to sleep. The sheets appeared to be clean, but the bathroom didn't. Furniture was old and in bad shape. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly which was appreciated.

This place promised us a room with access to a hot tub and they lied and we're rude and while standing in line to ask where the so called hot tub was at the front desk clerk waved another couple by us and ignored us completely. He was caught in a lie and we asked for the manager and he wouldn't tell us the name or number of the manager. He argued and cussed us and even called my wife a name I'm not posting here. The phone didn't work in the room, the inside doorknob came off and it took us awhile to be able to even escape the room!!! Do NOT give these people your money they aren't nice. So rude!!! I want my money back. So hotel owner, you know who I am, I know who you are. You can reach out to me to make this right because that night I explained to you about all this and you didn't much give two shts. I will remove this review once you've reached out. I guess everyone on Google will be reading my review til you prove yourself to be a good honest man. Step up.

Stayed there 4 nights while my truck was getting repaired at Peterbilt. The rooms were what you would expect for a budget hotel. The biggest concern I had was the maid service barged in without even knocking or anything.. Then they did it again the next day. Thankfully I had the privacy latch locked the 2nd time or they would of came on in without knocking like they did the first time. Coming into a room without even knocking or anything is totally unacceptable!! ***MAKE SURE YOU USE THE PRIVACY LATCH***

I work for a carpet cleaning service and they had us there today to clean all the carpet in their halls on both floors. They were very attentive to what we were doing and were cleaning their rooms while we were there. Each room looked spotless and was well sanitized. I can't speak much for service but if their service is half as nice as the owners and staff then it's easily five stars or more!

I have mixed feelings about our stay. First the good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room while not fancy was clean. It had a larger mini fridge for keeping drinks and food. A microwave was also provided. The location is great with Farm to Fork, a great restaurant being a very short drive or walk and it is close to the interstate as well as Ringgold and Fort Oglethorpe that provide plenty of dining and shopping options. The not so good...I got the impression this place is frequented by out of town workers and maybe a few full timers. The hallway particularly on the 2nd floor would smell like smoke in the evening. My daughter said a portion of the rooms on the north end were smoking rooms and one of the doors was propped open and seemed to be the source. The smell did not overwhelm our room but if you opened the door the smoke smell would definitely hang around for a few minutes. The south stairwell could also use a good cleaning as someone with muddy boots had been through. Coffee, Juice, and packaged breakfast foods were available in the morning and was pretty much on par with what you would expect in a hotel. Also the family that owns the hotel live on the first level and yes you could smell the food they prepared especially in the evening. I personally thought the food smelled great and it didn't bother me at all but I understand that it can vary from person to person. My final opinion is if you are an out of town worker or just looking for an inexpensive place to crash for a day or two this might be the place for you. If you are looking for a place to spend a vacation week with the wife and kids one of the more expensive properties nearby might be a better fit. The main thing I do want to convey is the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

I absolutely thought this place was great. With what I paid, I expected a dump, but this place is clean as a whistle. The staff is courteous and quiet. They don’t bother you, but they are there if needed . I will absolutely stay here again if I’m ever in the area 💯

I was thrilled with Hometown Inn. The room was perfectly clean and it was huge. The couch and chairs were comfy and the bed was great too. The full sized refrigerator was great. The location is wonderfully quite since it's a little distance off I-75. The staff was very friendly when I checked in and checking out. I will absolutely stop here again in the future.

Honestly can’t complain for the price and convenience. Very nice customer service, had no issues at all with the employees. Pet friendly with a cheap fee. Power went out once during the stay but was back on within the hour. Other than that not a bad experience.
