Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. Room was on the smaller side but certainly big enough for anking size bed and plenty of room to walk around. Turn the shower to hot if you want hot water. Half way will not get you hot water. Soap and shampoo are in sharable bottles. May be difficult for someone without a lot of strength in their hands. Nice breakfast. Cereals including instant oatmeal and all the toppings. Pancakes, bagels, eggs and sausage (husband thought it may have been microwaved) and of course- bananas, apples and oranges.

We enjoy staying at the tru hotels. Small, simple, and clean. We wake up to get breakfast that is warm and delicious. The checking was smooth and the woman was very nice. Pool was inside and warm. The fire put was gone from the front bur no big deal. The sign by the elevator that gives suggestions was also empty. I love the suggestions but this had one. Would stay here again anytime though.

Excellent! All the way around. The room, 2Q, was large, the shower water was hot, hot, hot, and everything shiny clean. No icky carpets on the floor - there was easy care LVP, and conservation of toiletries was a welcome sight. There were sqeeze bottles affixed to the wall next to sink - one lotion, the other hand soap. In the shower were body soap, shampoo and a conditioner - all with a soft fragrance. The breakfast was full of various cereals, breads, scrambled eggs, pancakes and plenty of delicious coffee. The only recommendation is to have an extra strip of pliable plastic at the base of the room door as it would buffer the sound of guests talking in the hallway as well as our loud TV from guests walking in the hallway. Will return.

Power went out. We woke up in the morning, could not shower as it was dark. There was no breakfast. I called the front desk asking for a refund, no help. I own several businesses and this should have been refunded without question. I never received a call back from the manager either. Terrible experience.

$$$## PRICEY!! $200 for one night! That was with the BIG $5. Senior discount! The place is very modern & very clean..so nice NOT to have carpet in rooms.. Sheets very soft Soaps & shampoos etc... Big tubes of stuff that don't come out right when squeezed..clogs up..individual soaps etc so much better & more sanitary.. Shower great..can adjust jets..& huge in front drain, so less chance of clogging up CLEAN & SLEEK Just too damn much $$$!!

Very friendly staff who greet you with a smile. Beds were not comfortable but room was clean, bathroom was stocked and there were extra pillows in the room (which I appreciated) They have a nice breakfast offering. Hot eggs, bacon and biscuits. Milk and juices, fresh fruit and pre packaged fruit cups. Make your own waffle bar, coffee bar and milk and cereal offerings.

Arrived late without reservation. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Stayed on the 4th floor so it was very quiet. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Indoor pool was under construction. It was one of the main reasons that I chose this hotel. I feel I should've been informed of this. It should not be advertised.

Not impressed. Room generally clean ish and beds comfy, front desk staff lovely, but lots of things not up to what I expect from Hampton Inn. Key cards do not work! What is up with this?! It seems to be a known problem at this hotel so why don’t they fix it? We had them redone 4 times and they still didn’t work for our room. The shower head in our room desperately needed replacing, it was broken and would not adjust. Only had one single stream of water that kept changing direction/location. There was a bunch of dirt that came up from the drain when it was opened from being in the stopper position. Fridge super loud and buzzing all night long. Walls/floors thin, can hear foot traffic and TV noise … all night long. HVAC system wall controlled but air comes out, NOISILY from the unit under the window. Needles to say, we did not sleep well. Gym TINY and boiling hot. Sanitary wipes in the gym completely dried out and not usable. Water cooler/dispenser in gym also not filled/working. And finally, coffee completely gone at 9:30 in the morning. It was replaced eventually, but this is the stuff that I would expect a Hampton to be on top of. Definitely a subpar stay from what I expect from Hampton. Would NOT stay again if have other options.

What a lovely experience at this hotel. This was my first time staying in a SpringHill Suites property, but for the price I paid, all the extra touches were unexpected and surprising. The property and my room itself are in immaculate condition. I loved the extra perks like the sitting area with furniture by West Elm, the sliding glass door for the bathroom, and the LED reading lights over the bed. The Paul Mitchell soaps and shampoos were nice. Melissa at the front desk checked me in and was welcoming and helpful. I checked in kind of late in the evening, and she told me if I wanted to take a dip in the heated pool, she’d keep it open a little later than normal. I didn’t end up taking advantage of that this visit, but I thought that was very kind. I walked by on the way to the elevators and it looked inviting for sure. Farm To Fork is a locally owned restaurant and bar that’s a whole two minute walk from the hotel. Locally sourced food that’s delicious. Highly recommend. For the location, features, and price point - this was well worth it by far. Quiet, comforting, and check in was a breeze. A+++

Great hotel! The rooms are outstanding and very nice & clean! Exercise room has elliptical, treadmills and dumbbells and adjustable bench. There is a swimming pool and business area. Complementary breakfast at 630am and coffee. Hopefully I get to stay here again. It was great. Location is great in relation to restaurants also.

This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and had homey and cute decor. The included breakfast had a nice selection. The bed was pretty comfortable for being away from home!

Chad the night manager went out of his way to make our stay welcoming and comfortable! Chad made me fresh hot coffee as I get up earlier than most humans. I’m a gold elite bonvoy member and I would drive extra miles to stay at this property again!

If I could give a ZERO star...I would. I made a 2 night reservation for this hotel a month in advance. I was about 15 minutes away from this hotel and received an email saying my reservations were CANCELED!!! I thought it could be a spam email because the day before I received email reminding me my trip was one day away! SO I called them, and yes the email was legit and my reservation was canceled because they over booked. This email was sent at 6:37pm. I was set to arrive at 7:00 pm. PLEASE BEWARE JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE RESERVATIONS DOESN'T MEAN YOU GET A ROOM!!!!! They do NOT care about people, all they care about is money!!! I will NEVER choose this place again!

The beds here are so comfortable. They also have a pool outside. We wanted to get here earlier but due to traffic while traveling from Florida to Michigan we didn't get there until later. The facility and rooms were clean. Customer service was great. Not sure about breakfast as we packed up early to head home to Michigan. I would definitely stop here again if traveling through this way.

Off out of the way, which was nice because we had been driving. Checkout was a breeze. The bed was a little hard for my personal liking. It was very clean, which is very important to me. If we came around here again, would definitely stay.

Once we got situated it was a good value for the price. Clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Our first room was right next to a room with 2 yapping dogs who were scratching at the door. You could hear them clear down the hall, even in the lobby. We asked and the front desk clerk told us that their owners had gone out to dinner. She moved us to a room far away and we had no further disturbances. Even so, I'm reluctant to return to a motel that knowingly allows unaccompanied pets in the rooms.

We traveled through Chattanooga on our way to vacation and back home a week later. The manager at the desk was the kindest person I have met in a long time. The rooms were clean. We traveled with 3 Frenchies and the room rates were very reasonable. I even called the last night we stayed because it looked like we were going to be stopping in the same area and she was sooo accommodating. We will only go to this hotel when we are in the area. They get 10 stars from us!

Room was newly renovated. Bed was super comfortable. Remote only changed channel. Had to do everything else by hand. Toilet was Shakey. Bathroom set up strange, you had to squeeze by the toilet to close the door and get to the shower.

Warning: They don’t honor reservations even if room is paid for. Made reservation and paid. When we arrived, guy said the clerk before him accidentally gave the room to someone else and nothing else was available. He tried shooing me away offering no further assistance. I politely asked to speak to a manager and he refused, got snotty saying he was going to give us a room but now he’s not (did they have rooms or not?!) We ended up sleeping in the car in near-freezing temperatures.

I experienced great customer service interactions. Unfortunately, this is not a great location-surrounded by cheap hotels and visually unappealing. The pool was nice and clean, but the actual room and dry off towels offered looked old, dim and worn. Our room’s floor was dirty. The bathrooms are small. Generally this place needs renovations, it looks old and for what you will pay you should get better. The free breakfast was flavorless and gross.

The room was decent. Comfortable bed and lots of channels. Hotel location was pretty solid. The parking situation for large vehicles is not that ideal and the pool was suspect. Really got treat the mildew build up in that pool area. King Suite pictured..

Biggest plus was rooms available for reasonable price...breakfast is grab and go things like sausage sandwich to microwave in your room, bagels with cream cheese apple juice and orange juice. Beds were comfy. Nice fridge. Drawbacks were older rooms (our toilet ran every 5 mins so I shut the water off and reported it) satellite TV was interrupted for hours due to storms. Staff was friendly. There is taco bell and pizza hut right next door.

Room was clean and quiet. Hard to find a pet friendly smoking room these days. This place had it! Only problem was no where convenient to walk my pup. But that's okay...just went around the building until I found grass!

Pulled off the road late and just needed to sleep before we hit the road the next morning, it was great for that. Very helpful at check in. The little sausage biscuits at breakfast were nice. I thought the bed was a little hard, but my friend said it was perfect.
