Very clean very comfortable. Room had micro/fridge and coffee maker with coffee. Bed was wonderful, sheets were clean smelled great and soft the comforter was excellent quality soft and also smelled great. The bathroom was big well lit and plenty of pure white thick towels. The toiletries provided were Neutrogena which is one of my favorite brands. The staff was helpful.friendly and pleasant to deal with. They offer breakfast which was also good they had a little bit of everything so you're bound to find something you like.from sweet stuff to healthy stuff it's there. Oh yeah and they have truck parking and allow pets. I will without a doubt stop here again.

It was clean. Check in was easy. It needs a little updating but we were comfortable. We had a double queen room and one bed was particularly squeaky. Rooms were a little small especially with a family of 4. It is not the hotel's fault, but it was a bit loud outside between vehicles and some music playing. There was a time when a couple of dogs started barking too. Overall, we are a little snobby with hotels but would stay there again for a quick overnight stay.

Over all it was clean and comfortable. Shower head was poorly working and couldn’t be adjusted well. Everything else in the room was standard for a hotel. Now to the breakfast. The waffle batter was watered down. It wasn’t consistent with what a waffle or other Hampton Inns have. The potatoes were old in taste. I’m not expecting them to have fresh items everyday. But these have been heated more than once. The eggs and sausage were pretty good. But I’d like to see a little more improvement in their bathrooms. Customer service was very good and that to me is one of the most important qualities I like to see when I’m staying at a Hampton Inn.

Hotel is dated. The outlets on the lamps for phone charging, etc were so loose they would not make connection. We had to dig behind the nightstands to plug up phones, etc. The bed was sunk in and not very comfortable. Curtain was torn with hairs on it. Small amount of mold on shower door. The room was fairly clean other than that. Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. Parking lot needed better lighting.

We have used Hampton Inn many times and this was our worst stay from this brand. As we checked in the clerk was finishing a phone call, obviously frustrated, hung up and said to me "I hate dealing with foreigners, they don't know how busy I am." He was fine with me, but the next time he needs to vent he should do so behind closed doors, not with a customer. Our bed was springy and a bit lumpy, and the fitted sheet would not stay on due to worn elastic on the corners. Pillows were fine. The shower water control would not stay at the selected temperature - it was loose and kept migrating to very hot water. I had to shower with one hand on the control knob. Some mold in the shower corners. Breakfast food was fine but our table top was loose and wobbled so much my coffee almost spilled. Not up to the usual Hampton standard.

Very clean rooms. Nice comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer in room. Breakfast from 6 to 9 as well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a bit of a bummer the pool was closed, but other than that no complaints. Lights on bedside have tons of plugs and charger ports. Very quiet rooms considering its location. We will definitely stay again.

Parking seams abit limited. Handicapped parking and access on the first floor. The doors to the room are outside. Like open the door and your outside, which I think is cool. Rooms are newly remodeled. No bugs, very clean. Nice redone bathrooms. Beds are comfy, 3 pillows. Nice place. 2 beds is 107 for the night. We paid cash, so you have to leave an extra 50 colors at the desk. You get that back in the morning, so that's good. Nice place

The room was okay. Somewhat updated furnishings. Very dusty room. Could use a deep cleaning. I would recommend skipping the breakfast. They have basic generic bagels and some plain muffins that were horrible. No bread. No hot items served for breakfast. No good restaurants in the area. Absolutely nothing to do in the area. Good for a one night stay only. They do not clean the room or bring clean towels. I had to go get towels and toilet paper the second day.

Beds and water decent- can't say the same for the apolsystery- needs to be cleaned to get whatever stains out!! Came outside in the morning to find my truck covered in ashes from the room above flicking cigarettes- seriously 😳 Not a good place to stay...

The reservation line disconnected our call after 15 minutes. I went into the hotel and was told that I would have to pay more for the room or go back in online and create another reservation. The guy at the desk helped me however he selected a date 2 weeks down the road so for a third time the reservation had to be recreated again. The noise all night from Taco Bell next door kept us awake. When I checked out I was given a receipt for $50.44 and later that evening noticed on our bank statement that we were actually charged $70+. Went down for their continental breakfast, and there was one muffin, coffee, and dry cereal with no milk. Not what I call it continental breakfast.

Customer service was over the top from start to finish! I spoke with a wonderful front desk employee who was working the night shift on 10/31/2022, I called to speak about last minute room reservations for that weekend coming up, she was so very kind and helpful. I'm unfamiliar with the area and most of the hotels around were already booked, the Tru was almost booked and only showing one King room available online. We were traveling for a Softball tournament and last minute needed a room. I expressed to her that most of the time the front desk staff at other hotels would have rush me off the phone, not her! She helped me with directions, and other information about the area. At the end of the call, she advised me to call back in the morning and talk with Patricia as she would be able to help me further if there was anything left over from the softball team blocks. I did write down her name but misplaced my notepad, my apologies. Now we get to Patricia, she was absolutely AMAZING!! I appreciate all of her help to get me a room at the Tru By Hilton Ringgold. Patricia went above and beyond to make sure my accommodations were met and was a pleasure to speak with. I was booking last minute so not too many other options were available within a reasonable price. Thank you to the staff @ Tru for being extremely kind and just going the extra mile to help me and my family. I look forward to our stay!

Overall, great hotel with exceptional standards and breakfast was actually enjoyable and had a value. Couple points to be aware of, the pool is not heated in the middle of July it was below 60. I enjoyed the ice bath, does wonders for the anxiety of driving, I found the fridge unplugged, and I began to think the operations team is trying to control utility pricing. Understandable, but then.... don't list the pool as a benefit.

Hotel is really cute. Employees were super friendly. Coffee available in the lobby 24 hours and they kept it fresh. They also had hot chocolate in lobby. Breakfast was smaller than some other hotels we’ve been to but they had eggs, sausage, pancakes, bagels and assorted cereal, yogurt and juice. My only complaints are, the rooms are on the smaller side. If you are alone or with just one other person they are probably fine but we had a family of 4 and it felt cramped. The walls seem very thin. You could hear the neighbors shower, blow dryer, doors opening and closing etc. This hotel is great for a night or two but I wouldn’t stay a week. It’s also right off the highway which is nice.

Brand new place and the first shower would have flooded the building because checking the drains wasn't on housekeeping s checklist. Also, the place was filthy for a brand new hotel. (see pictures) No microwaves in the rooms. Some doors you can go out but cannot get back in. I do NOT recommend this hotel. You might be better off at the Quality Inn next door until Hilton is established with a well trained staff.

I really did enjoy the night we stayed there. Walls were a little thin and checkout time was 11 and not as advertised on their website or my booking receipt. Breakfast was awesome and the beds were super comfortable. All in all I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, clean room, but $186 for one person is ridiculous. I used my own pillow and only one side of the king bed, so I wonder if they strip the bed, or just remake it?

I experienced great customer service interactions. Unfortunately, this is not a great location-surrounded by cheap hotels and visually unappealing. The pool was nice and clean, but the actual room and dry off towels offered looked old, dim and worn. Our room’s floor was dirty. The bathrooms are small. Generally this place needs renovations, it looks old and for what you will pay you should get better. The free breakfast was flavorless and gross.

The room was decent. Comfortable bed and lots of channels. Hotel location was pretty solid. The parking situation for large vehicles is not that ideal and the pool was suspect. Really got treat the mildew build up in that pool area. King Suite pictured..

Stopped at Ringgold after 10 hours on the road. Check in at the Holiday Inn Express was fast, room was very clean, free breakfast was delicious (the cinnamon rolls are amazing). The hotel is just enough away from the interstate to be very quiet, the view of the mountains all around makes it scenic as well.

Good clean hotel. Nice selection at the breakfast bar. The fitness center was closed. It is far enough from the interstate that you don't hear traffic noise from your room.

We had a very nice stay here. The rooms were clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night on our return from Florida to Ohio. The hotel is right off of the highway in a quiet area. There is a restaurant (Farm to Fork) and a gas station within walking distance, as well as a few pizza places that deliver. We got a King bed room, and our family of 4 fit just fine, there is a trundle sofa in the room that when cushions are removed, is the size of a twin size bed, with a second twin pull out drawer under. Breakfast in the morning had eggs, sausage, and waffles as hot items, then the typical cold items that you find at hotels. No complaints and will book here again in the future.

Our stay at Springhill suites couldn't be better. The room was spacious and very clean when we walked in. Staff was very friendly and was great about giving us extra towels for my children. House keeping was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of everyday of our stay. Loved the indoor pool.

For the most part this is a nice hotel. Service was helpful, rooms were designed with the business person in mind. The only things that were on the negative side was the bed and air conditioner. The mattress was broken almost in half, you could feel a large depression in the center of it. Large enough so that I had to put the extra pillows behind me to keep from rolling into it. The air conditioner like in most hotel rooms are at the windows. The problem is the bed is right on top of it, so the air is blowing on you all night. The thermostat did not waver from 75 eventhough we had it set at 68 for the night. I am assuming that the bottom temperature is set at 75 by the hotel to conserve energy.

Pet friendly standard accommodations appreciated! Beds were comfortable. Worked with us to add a night after unexpected car trouble and refunded our money for that extra night when the car repairs completed more quickly than we thought and we were able to check out late. Super thankful!

Highly recommend! I'll admit it I wasn't sure bout this place when I booked it. Nothing against them, just usually I stay with a particular chain due to being a really high level rewards member (used to work for same chain). I was definitely impressed and keep trying to find excuses to stay there again. Room was cleaner than rooms I had seen at more upscale places. Interactions with front desk were always friendly. Well-lit parking lot and well kept grounds Super comfortable bed Despite it being a busier time for them, no noises from surrounding rooms Last, but not least, the tub/shower. Wayyyy nicer than any of the ones I've ever had lol. Also, the hot water never ran out :)

We had to find a place to stay for a night and had a hard time finding availability near the venue we were attending. Luckily, we decided to look at another nearby town and Home Town Inn was an option among others. I am glad we chose here. The parking lot was very well lit. Perhaps the best and brightest lighting I have seen at a hotel. The front desk was wonderful and welcoming. I had called ahead to let them know we would be later than expected and check our booking and whoever I spoke with was so nice. The room was clean and looks like it was updated as well. Sheets were clean and everything smelled clean. Continental breakfast was pastries, muffins, juice and coffee etc which was perfect for us to just grab and go. Check out was quick as well. Idk what brand mattresses they use but i loved it.... or my mattress at home is just really 🙄 😒 not good lol. Will stay here again if we ever need to again.

Good for a quick night's rest. Bed linens were pretty much the only thing clean. Says there's a pool but it is closed. You can see through the window and it looked like the storage area. Breakfast selection is minimal.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Claims it’s newly remodeled but cheaply and poorly done. They used all the old furniture in the room. Also bathroom was disgusting, the floor and the base of the toilet wasn’t cleaned. You could see hair on the floor and pee on the base of the toilet. No toilet paper holder was just sitting on the sink. Smoke detector wasn’t connected and sitting on the refrigerator.

The staff was very friendly. The room was a bit dirty. There were dead bugs in the corners of the floor and had a weird smell when we walked in. The beds were comfortable and appeared clean.

Key cards quit working each night even though we had a 3 night stay handrails are covered in bird fecal matter and the shower head is at the perfect height for a 5 ft individual but for an individual of a 6ft stature you will have to kneel to take a shower

The bed was comfy. There was mold behind the bathroom door and not clean. It could have been better but was ok for the price I guess.
