They’re lucky we were tired. Unacceptable for $100+ a night Good - off the highway and close to a good restaurant Bad - unclean rooms, strange noises in the paper-thin walls, outdated tech, unclean breakfast appliances, management didn’t seem to care much for it. If you’re vegetarian, don’t come here. They keep all their tools in one tray

This hotel was terrible for the $180.00 we paid. There were scratching noises coming from the walls, the sink was leaking, the walls were visibly dirty. The breakfast was anything but good. If I could give it 0 stars I would. When we arrived we had to wait 15 minute for the front desk agent because the digital key did not work. After driving for hours I would have hoped for better from a Hilton. Esp as a honors member. Stay some place else!

My husband and I routinely stay at Hampton Inns. Hands down, this was the worst experience we’ve had in recent memory. The Front Desk was unattended for long periods of time. The Suite Shop store was sparse and had a dead roach within the Snickers bars. Our 3rd floor room had bugs, and didn’t have the usual laundry bag. Breakfast items were depleted and Staff nowhere to be found. We reported our concerns to Hilton customer service with no response.

Had a great stay! Clean, close to I75, but quiet. Andreen was very nice and welcoming at the front desk. Room was clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was so so, less options as other Hamptons we stayed at, some hot items were not very hot. Coffee was good! Would stay here again.

We will never stay here again. Room cleanliness was questionable. Someone’s personal bar of soap, covered in hair, was left in the bathtub. Shower was moldy. The manager was very kind and apologized. Lack of cleanliness is a deal breaker for me.

Walking in, the hotel is modern and decorated nicely. The evening front desk assistant was very friendly. The hallway and elevator are clean and smell fresh. The walls are painted with near designs. Our room was very clean and smelled nice. I always do a bug check in the beds no matter where I stay, safe to say that also passed my inspection. Nice big t.v. in the room with cable and a mini fridge. There was no microwave or coffee maker in our room. We are staying 1 night in a small room with a king sized bed. It was $140ish. The shower pressure was wonderful! I love it when hotels have the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Taking a shower and using the lemon sugar lotion is a must! Breakfast was great and plenty of options. They have a pretty neat self making pancake maker that had sprinkles in them, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruits, yogurt, bagels, toast, and oatmeal. There was coffee, juices, and milk. You won't go hungry in the morning. And the morning desk assistant was super nice and chipper. We are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I see several reviews complaining about the dog fee, it literally tells you the pet fee on the web site. People need to do their research before staying. We didn't check out the pool, but with everything else being so clean and nice I am sure it's fine. I can see the workout room when we go to the elevator and it looks nice too. We are about 30 minutes from Ruby Falls and Rock City.

This was our first time at a Tru and it was a true gem. Everything was new and modern and very clean. The desk clerk couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful. We requested a backside room away from the highway but close to elevator, and that's what we got, with a beautiful view, and the bonus of seeing the town of Ringgold's impressive 4th of July fireworks show right from our 3rd floor room. Breakfast included hot scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and pancakes, along with the typical cereal, bagels, fruit, juice, etc. We were sorry it was only a one night stay on our way north. We were very impressed and satisfied.

We were greeted by a smiling desk clerk and check-in was very quick and easy. The overall atmosphere was welcoming. The room was fresh and clean, beds comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good and plenty of items to choose from including hit scrambled eggs & sausage, tasty fresh made pancakes, cereals, milk, juices, hot coffee and more. I would highly recommend Tru by Hilton to all of my friends and family. Also very affordable.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. It started off as a great stay until we left and checked our bank account. I visited here with my family while we were traveling to florida. I stayed in a room with my husband and our 7 month old son. We literally checked in, went to sleep and then checked out. Neither of us smoke or do any drugs. After checkout we received a bill for $250 for a “smoking in the room” charge. Id love to know how this is possible considering we don’t smoke and only stayed here to sleep. I know damn well my 7 month old wasn’t smoking while we were asleep. My husband has called this hotel multiple times to speak with their manager and the manager will not return any calls. Very disappointing considering we leave every place cleaner than we found it. We would have stayed here again on our way back but definitely not now. Very shady hotel! Stay far far away.

I would not stay here if you have a pet. They charge 75.00 per night for a pet. That is almost as much as the room. Stay away from this hotel if you have a pet. Totally ridiculous had we known this we would have stayed at the Hampton Inn or a hell of a lot nicer hotel for 200.00 a night after you add in the pet fee. Buyer be aware!!!!!

Easy check in with friendly staff. Room was clean, the property was well kept, and hotel felt safe and comfortable. In the morning the Breakfast area was well maintained with attentive staff and the coffee was good. Not much else to say, good value, a quite and clean room, good coffee in the morning. It was a good stay!

After driving multiple hours to get there, the room I booked days in advance was not available at the agreed check-in time. The receptionist, Kim, was extremely rude and hostile. She remained lounging on the couch, ignoring me, and refused to assist in any way. Her attitude was dismissive and downright nasty. I do not suggest anyone stay at this hotel

Service was great! Got a broke down trucker in a room before it was ready. Very clean and close to the Peterbilt shop. Only complaint was the bathroom in 105. Towel rack is on the wall above the toilet. Opposite wall of the shower and no towel hook near the shower. Then any water that escapes the shower puddles right at the base of the toilet before it might slowly drain into the floor drain.

This was such a great stay for our family. Every thing was perfect. The indoor pool was ice cold and could benefit from heaters but other than that we loved it.

We were assigned a room with bugs and unwashed floors. We were given a replacement room that had dirty floors and bad odors. The Staff's attitude was abysmal. The final room was just okay enough to sleep. The Milk was warm, the bathroom had hairs in it. The Toilet wasn't fully screwed in to the floor. Water pressure sucked. The location is difficult to access. The beds are back breaking, and the general building was cheaply put together. The lights were brightly shining into the room, and trucks could be heard roaring all night long OVER the Air-Conditioner. You'll be sorry.

New concept hotel. Was informed upon check in that we would find some things different. Room was very nice, comfortable. No microwave in the room but they have one in the lobby where they serve breakfast items. Great grab n go breakfast items among other things.

This is a new hotel and everything is very clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The workout room was great and had just what one would need to get in a good workout. We did not eat breakfast; however, there were plenty of options and workers were steadily making sure items were replenished when we got juice. I am terrible at remembering names, but the lady who ran the front desk was awesome! She went above and beyond to answer any questions and seemed to enjoy her job. We can't wait for our next visit.

They do not have a microwave or coffee maker in the rooms, the pillows are not comfortable at all and the worst thing is that they made extra charges on our credit card without justification or evidence. It is unfortunate that they took advantage of the fact that we were passing through another state and then charged us much more than the initial rate.

If you want sleep, don’t stay here. I could hear everyone above me all night long. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is ok, they aren’t very profesional, upon arrival we were greeted with snarky looks like they didn’t want to speak with us. Overall I will never stay here again. Sad considering it is a very nice hotel and clean.

The family came together at a difficult time of a family member passing. My wife came six days in advance and the rest of the family arrived for the funeral. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, efficient and caring. Veda Kay and Brenda at the front desk did everything possible to insure our needs were met. Rooms were newly renovated and well maintained. We thank you for your compassion and appreciate your understanding. Sincerely The Strickland Family

Okay, after reading the reviews and 3rd party site, I did know that they wanted a $100 deposit. This must be in cash unless you just walk in with no reservation. I came to terms with this and said I'll have to find an atm. There is one across the hwy. I paid the fees to get crisp beautiful $20s. I drove back to the location and tried to check in. The front desk told me she canceled it and I need to rebook. I called the 3rd party site and got a refund, then ran. Do not stay here as they do not want the business. I can't remark on the bug issues the other reviews talked about as i couldn't even deal with the front desk. Super 8 by Wyndham, check this place. They give you a bad name.

This hotel is barely basic. The front desk person was very nice. However the room had a funky smell to it and the bathroom is extremely small I don’t think i have ever seen one so small. And the bed is very uncomfortable as the mattress feels like it is just worn out.. however the room looked to be clean. There is construction going on right next to the Motel so don’t count on sleeping in past sunrise.. And the breakfast is just continental. Which is ok if you want a breakfast bar and coffee or juice.. I really Feel this hotel needs remodeling.

Great location is why the 5 stars. Front desk service lady was nice. The room was spacious , but was out dated . It felt like an old building. The ice machine was broke and the tv had terrible colors and lines through the screen. I ask for a late check out due to waiting on my parts to be delivered and was told by the front desk that I could stay in my room until 12. Then at 11:05 the phone in the room rang and it was the lady from the front desk telling me that the house keeper told me I had to be out in 10 minutes. I ask the housekeeper about it and she denied saying it . So I am not sure who was lying, but someone was . Over all.. it was the cheapest off this exit and now I know why.

Very nice and clean hotel. Without researching, I would assume it is very new. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The TV had no reception but our check in was late. I reported it in the morning, so I cannot comment on maintenance. Evening staff and morning breakfast attendant were extremely friendly and helpful. Morning help was not as much so when reporting the tv, but certainly not unfriendly. Would definitely stay again. Clean, comfy beds and good breakfast.

This hotel was a great pick for our family of 5. The place feels very new and was not crowded, though it was a Tuesday night. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast nice and plentiful. The TV swivels which is nice for watching on the sofa or the beds. The one complaint that I have is that the AC unit blows directly at the head of whomever (me, in our case) is sleeping on the side of the bed closest to the unit. I solved this by placing some shorts secured with a shoe over that part of the vent- it worked very well but is indicative of a design flaw in the rooms. An easy fix though so I didn't knock off any stars to an otherwise very nice stay.

The people were great. The breakfast yummy and hot. The bed was super comfortable. The place was super quit even though it was quite full. The only issue we could see is the door to the bathroom is frosted glass. When my husband woke up first and took a shower, the light through the bathroom door shown directly on the bed and woke me up. It would be nice if the bathroom door had a curtain you could pull to not only stop the light, but also prevents the silhouette of a naked body from showing through. Something that would be good if you had a third friend or child sleeping on the big couch in the room. My husband wishes there was a door on the toilet room itself. So he could use that while I use the bathroom sink or shower. Because we are just a couple and everything else was great, we would stay here again.

Outstanding place to stay! Very clean, feels really good CEE also found it to be very quiet. The included breakfast is excellent. The variety ranges from waffles to eggs to cereal. Plenty to choose from. Very friendly staff and nice grounds.

Great hotel right off the highway. Room was spacious for our family of 5 with a comfortable 5th sleeper. Large bathroom and very clean. Our check in was so easy as they sent us a mobile key so we just went right to the room. The hotel pool was heated and great spot for the kids to burn off some energy. There’s a restaurant that shares a parking lot with the hotel (Farm to Fork) So convenient. Breakfast was out at 6:30 am and had everything we needed.

Nice n clean rooms ,, the shower area is newly remodeled and looks fantastic... unfortunately when we stopped by for rates they were higher then what we seen on line ,, so we booked on line while in their lobby... I would think by 9 pm they should offer at least the same rates as advertised on line,,, a full room is better then an unpaid empty room !! The check in agent was very nice and funny,, we enjoyed seeing the " friends" he referred too !!

Very friendly staff. The manager and lobby attendant were really nice and made me feel very welcome. The lobby had a nice recent renovation. It was clean and stylish. They also had a nice breakfast bar which i was not expecting. It was clean and organized, and there was plenty of space to dine. They expanded the lobby into a room next door and added a fitness room. I used it and had a nice little workout, even though i was not expecting to have that. People complain that there is a cemetery next door. I do not understand the problem. it's across the parking lot, but why would that be at all a problem? They are the quietest neighbors. Location is great, right off the highway, but not right next to the road so you do not have too much noise from brakes and cars and stuff. A couple hundred meters back from the main drag is nice. Gas stations and convenience stores and fast food right there. The room i stayed in was spotless. Very clean and well stocked. I have two little kids and we all felt great and clean and safe there. I would definitely stay again.

Worse Quality Inn I've ever been to. The room was dirty (wrappers on the floor, no toilet paper, coffee spills on the bathroom sink). Coffee pot still had grounds from previous guests. Breakfast was microwave foods. Bed was clean and comfortable.

This was a pit stop on the way home to Florida. If Waking up next to a cemetery doesn't bother you, the roaches crawling on the walls should. Absolutely not, we packed right up and left!

I'm a mom and was traveling with my teenage daughter on a little spontaneous spring break trip. Upon investigating hotels in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas I finally stumbled upon this location and the reviews all mentioned being recently remodeled and above all else I didn't see anyone complaining about safety and/or BUGS! We decided to give this hotel a chance and let me say it didn't disappoint. I didn't see not ONE bug the entire stay! The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were actually really comfortable and nice! The beds even had bed bug protectors! It's not luxurious by any means but if you're looking for something affordable and clean, this location will be just fine! Was never concerned about safety at all either! It's about a 15-20 minute drive from Chattanooga and theres some decent antique stores close by! Most restaurants are about 5-7 minutes away as well and there is def a little gas station very nearby! (You technically could walk there but driving would be best I'd imagine.)

The lady at the front desk answered a personal phone call while we were waiting for her to check us in. She was very friendly tho. The whole place smells like garlic (?) It's not as strong in the room, thank goodness! The room was huge, and the bed and pillows were comfy. The shower was hot and spacious! Air worked great and quick. The front parking is a little small. The elevator was quick. Outside noise was a problem and bedtime. People just don't have respect to keep quiet when they come and go. Close to restaurants, gas, and the interstate! DEFINITELY would stay here again!

Positives: Area around hotel felt safe. Parking lot was well lit. Pet friendly, allowed our cat. Reasonable pet fee of $15. Breakfast consisted of muffins, Belvita breakfast biscuits, and pretty decent coffee. No bugs seen. Hotel was pretty close to the Chickamauga Battlefield/National Military Park. Negatives: Walls were very thin, and we could hear noise all night long from surrounding rooms, e.g. the TV next door. We were on the ground floor and could hear noises from the room above, so loud that it sounded like they were moving furniture around. The flooring in our room was hard--no carpet--and it sounded like the room upstairs may have had hard flooring, too. The room could have been cleaner. One corner of the TV looked like it hadn't been dusted in weeks, the baseboards in the bathrooms were filthy, and the room needed to be vacuumed better.

For the price you won’t find better in this area. Checked in late and front desk lady was so sweet. Floors were laminate so no nasty carpet. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Coffee, juice and pastries for breakfast. Been on the road all week and found some nasty motels. Would stay here again.
