Gave wrong directions on one of my kids medications and I missed it. Called about it and received no call back. Went back today for my other kids medications and got 20 minutes home just to open it and realize it's not mixed! What the heck!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The young girl who works at the window is so unfriendly. She makes it where if you do have a question you don't want to ask because she acts like it bothers her to talk to a customer or even be friendly.

I have just moved to Ringgold. I picked up my first RX June 8, 2024 between the hours of 4-6 PM! My first visit wasn’t what I was expecting! The pharmacy tech was RUDE! It all start with my name and the spelling! She didn’t smile! When she came back to the window she didn’t even look at me just gave the total and stood there looking at the ceiling. I had to interrupt her day dream and advised her that my card and ID was in the drawer! I had done this while she getting RX! She acted put out! After I paid she never said thank you, turned her back to me and started talking about me with a co-worker, I thanked her and drove away! She acted mad and looked mad during the transaction! I am sorry the poor girl had to work or whatever she was going through that day! I will be praying for her, but there is no reason for bad customer service! I think I will be driving to Chattanooga TN in the future! No wonder the store has low score for reviews!

Put 2.50 in air and wouldn’t work on tire. Bonus for diesel has free air and the nozzle needed. Parking lot was super dirty but lady inside was pleasant.

Genuine caring and friendly people except one. From the pharmacist to the ladies that work on the front registers are so nice. Like I said everyone but a female named Jaculyn. Ive heard a lot of people say she's so rude and hateful with customers.

Rude Rude Rude!!!!! They tell you your med will be ready at such and such time then when you go to pick it up they tell you it is not ready and want be ready till a later date and thats bull crap. This is not the first time they have done this . Then if there is an issue with getting new meds filled , they want call or send a message like their suppose to. You have to call them and then they act like it is your fault that they are having any issues This is the rudest and unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with when it comes to getting my meds on time .

Nice store, decent prices on most things. Staff not very friendly or courteous and I especially don't appreciate staff leaning up against the propane refills while smoking a cigarette!! UPDATE 6/15/24: Although I am walking distance I will no longer use this store. I'll drive into town first! 1st, I find it rude and unprofessional that the employee getting ready to leave allowed someone to cut to the front of the line of 6 to cash his lottery ticket. 2nd, charging me $1.59 for a cup of dam ice is highway robbery when all along they've charged me $0.50 cents. No thanks!

Had to get fuel. Went in to use the restroom and get a drink. The place was clean and nice. The workers were nice and very polite. I enjoyed my visit at this establishment. Will definitely go back when the time permits

If you can't find your favorite beer or IPA or craft beer check here. Lots of wine selections too.. Friendly helpful environment. Locally owned. Great customer service. Tobacco has the buy 2 pack discount on almost all major brands.

Lived in woodstation my entire life and have been coming to this store since the day it opened. My wife and I spend hundreds each month here. The people on 1st shift and especially the manager Susie are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. Yet again this morning I asked Susie a question about the dip I get every night on my way to work. That it's been out for nearly 2 weeks. She turned to her cashier and asked if she had ordered any!? Then rudely told me she had not. I think we'll just drive the extra 2 miles to the Mapco.if the employees are that unhappy about their job/pay, they should've obtained an education like that the rest of us!

Great place to work with very honest mechanics they wasn’t able to fix my problem but I really appreciate the fact they were able to be honest with me about my problem and they have a very shop with a huge lot and they offer free showers too I highly recommend them

In a multi vehicle accident 2 miles away on interstate 24. Hauling horse trailer with ford F350 super duty. Trailer took rear end damage from a semi. Front end smashed in in lower radiator area due to hitting a car. Managed to drive it to Redco and within 5 minutes they (Krissy) had a mechanic (Austin) look it over pull the front wheel guard off tire and have us on our way with peace of mind that we were safer to drive. With my wife upset over the accident still and towing a live animal. This calmed everyone down a few levels. Made horse show in Conyers Georgia and haul back to Louisville Kentucky to come. Truck seems fine Wish they could smooth over the insurance process!!
