With the plethora of health issues that life has chosen to bestow upon me I have been to my fair share of pharmacies in my lifetime, even a few walgreens. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by pharmacy staff. I thought maybe just maybe I caught them on a bad day, but no... every single time I have gone in it has been the same. With the exception of two of the techs whose names are currently escaping me. One of them has curly longer hair, and the other is rather young.. both of them have been eager to help me each time I have encountered them and have apologized profusely for the other employees. ANYWAY, back to the matter at hand. With me having the disease that I do, I am on a pain medication. I DO NOT cause issues, I do not try to get them a week early or anything like that. I expect them to be ready on the day they are supposed to be ready, that isn't too much to ask. There is such a stigma placed on people who get meds like that, and it needs to stop. ESP with those who are patients of cancer clinics. I am treated like a criminal or a drug addict every single time I have come in, or have called. There is one woman who works there, she is maybe in her 50s and she wears glasses, she is the worst. She has made me feel like I am 1 cm tall, and like I am doing something wrong. I was going to have a procedure out of state, I was not going to be in the hospital, but was told to stay near by. SO, I had a hotel close to the hospital. I was told to bring all of my own medication, It was around the time that it was due....the procedure was on the DAY it was due. We were leaving early that morning before the pharmacy would be open. LEGALLY they can give you your medication up to 3 days early, this was 1 day early and I asked if I could get it in the afternoon before closing. They would not do it, and said I could get my doctor to send it where I would be. HOWEVER; because my ID was out of state, I was so far from home and my doctor they wouldn't fill it and they knew that would happen.
These ladies (apart from the 2) have 0 compassion or empathy, I understand that they hear things all the time and people likely lie to them but they could always call my doctor but they choose not to do so. They act as if I am a burden to them anytime I asked questions, or anytime they have had to do their jobs .. ( again apart from the 2 ladies I mentioned earlier) those 2 women are the only reason I even left 1 star. As soon as I get their names they will be the only 2 that will not be reported to corporate for the way I have been treated. I have them on recordings, so it isn't like I will be blindly going into this. ALSO I will note that PAUL who used to be there ( or maybe he still is I haven't seen him) ALSO is kind. The rest of them need classes on kindness.

This is the worst walgreens ever. The wait for prescriptions when there is 0 people in the whole building is absurd. They must sleep on the job. Maybe get a younger, more energized staff at the pharmacy. RIDICULOUS!

I have 3 Walgreens to choose from to do business with. I choose the one in Ringgold, Ga because I think they are the most friendly. I love our Walgreens. I can not speak about the pharmacy part because I never use it.

The staff here have always been friendly and this location always has the items I need! I’ve used the photo printing several times and my photos are always printed quickly and look great. My first time using the pharmacy here recently and although I could tell things were moving slow, I was still assisted in a timely manner. It was obvious the employees were busy, not just dilly dallying. I don’t think it was very fair that the staff were being reprimanded by a customer who had to wait in the drive thru for too long. Despite the grumpy customer, the staff remained professional and kind. I’ll continue to shop here!!
