I had a wonderful experience with Ringgold Florist. The website was easy to navigate, view options, and make my selections. The delivery was on time and arrived without delay or issues. I will definitely use Ringgold Florist again.

Very pleased with my first purchase via the Ringgold Florist. Was purchasing flowers through the florist's website for delivery several states away - and they did a great job coordinating the delivery on time and in good condition. Will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

Ordered flower bouquet and balloon over the phone. Customer service was excellent and even offered to text me a confirmation once the flowers had been delivered. Not only that, when I received the confirmation, they even texted a picture of the bouquet with the balloon attached as well. The arrangement was beautiful. I was very pleased!!

Megan is incredibly talented at her craft. I've had many items framed at other businesses over the years. She is incredibly knowledgeable and worked with me over selections of franes, backer board and matting to give me the best possible result. Her attention to detail is next level. She framed four pieces in same sized frames, the wire placement and length so perfectly consistent that I was able to use the same floor to hanger measurement, to line them up perfectly. She treats your art as she would for her own family heirlooms. I am very grateful and could not recommend Art and Frame Gallery any more highly than I do.

I am so happy that I discovered this little shop. The owner, Megan, is incredible. I had purchased two framed pictures from an antique store that did not have a way to hang them. Megan did research on how best to fix them. She even went out and got the supplies needed and they turned out great. I was so impressed with her going the extra mile. I also brought in a watercolor I had commissioned on my daughter’s house and brought it in for framing. She did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this shop for all of your framing needs. And they sell amazing art and jewelry as well.

I’ve been a customer of Ringgold Art & Frame Gallery under both owners, and I recently had a custom frame done for a movie prop. The quality of the final product was excellent—precise craftsmanship and attention to detail. However, the turnaround time left a lot to be desired. I dropped it off on December 23 and wasn’t able to pick it up until January 25. During that time, I called for updates but was met with uncertainty about where my piece was in the process (or if the prop was even on site) which was frustrating. If you’re looking for high-quality framing, this is a solid choice, but be prepared for a long wait. I’d love to see some improvements in communication and workflow to make the experience smoother for customers.

I'm so lucky to have found this amazing little shop. Meagan, the owner was great to deal with. They built stretchers for 2 canvas paintings that I brought from Argentina rolled up for travel. I will use them a lot for all of my art!!!

My mother needed a new vehicle. I found a vehicle online for her at Ringgold Auto Outlet which was close to her. I live out of state, so most of this process I had to do over the phone. I worked with Scott and he was really easy to work with. He was extremely helpful and very accommodating through the entire process. Before purchasing the car, Scott allowed me to have the vehicle taken to it to a nearby garage to get it looked over. Scott was also flexible with the final purchase price and made it easy to buy the car. I was very satisfied with the final purchase price. Lastly, when my mother came to get the vehicle and sign the paperwork, he took the time to go over the vehicle with her and make sure he answered all her questions before she drove off. Overall, we had a very positive experience, and would definitely buy a car from Scott again.

My Momma always said, "If you ain't got nuttin' nice to say, don't say anything at all..." So what can I say about Ringgold Auto Outlet, that is "nice"??? Well, at first, we bought a f250 powerstroke diesel from him, paid 50k. We loved that truck, even gave it a name, Thor! Beautiful truck, turned heads all the time! We were so happy with it, and kept it 3 years. But then we fell on hard times and Thor started having problems that we couldn't afford to fix. So, we contacted Scott, to see if he'd be interested in doing business with us again. Scott came out and looked at Thor. We told him all that we knew was wrong with Thor. Scott even had to have the wrecker come tow Thor back to the lot.We told Scott that we were looking to get at least half of our money back, which was 25k or we'd be willing to trade for another truck (he had 2 f150 trucks for 20k that we would be interested in) and 5k. He wouldn't agree to that trade, but said he had a Chevy and Dodge trucks he would trade 1 plus $7k. the Dodge was priced for $10,995. Scott knew how dire our circumstances were, and how badly we needed another vehicle and the money. So we took the deal. We trusted Scott, because we felt he did right by us when we purchased Thor. We liked the Dodge truck and felt relieved to have transportation once again We sold Thor to him on a Friday in August and he rushed to come get the truck, but we could not get a ride until Saturday. Once we got there, we felt like they were rushing us to take the Dodge and get out of there! We didn't even get the option to take it for a test drive. It was sign immediately upon entering the office, while someone pulled the truck around front for us. So, we took the truck because we had no other choice. We scheduled a job Wed. in Cartersville. On our way back to Dalton the truck started overheating, so we pulled off the next exit and stopped at the first safe place we came to. I mmediately called Scott on the office phone, then tried contacting his cell, with no luck on either. We even sent emails. We ended up having the truck towed from Cartersville to Tunnel Hill. It cost us over $300. We were simply glad to be home safely. We tried to contact Scott again, on Thursday, and was told that he would be in the office around noon. We contacted him Friday and got the same. We got a ride down there on Saturday to be told Scott doesn't come in on Saturdays usually. However, they called Scott and I did speak with him over the phone. He seemed as confused as we were. He said to let him talk to his mechanic. I feel that he deliberately misled me to believe that he was going to help us! In the end, after several more attempts to contact him went unanswered, I finally did and they were NOT going to help us by any means!!!! Fine! We contacted an attorney who after hearing our story said he knew exactly what Scott and his crew did to the truck. Our situation was clear to Scott and he exploited it! My husband posted a review on them a couple days ago and today, Ryan contacted us telling my husband to take his review down or they were going to sue him for defamation and they had "already spoken with their attorney" and that they "know people in Ringgold" that would see to it that my husband was arrested and that he would be placed in the jail with a window where he could see Thor sitting on their lot for sale! He also told him that it was "our fault" the truck tore up because" we shouldn't have driven it to Cartersville". It was a used truck and we should never had any expectations that the truck would make it to Catersville and back. I couldn't help but laugh because that is simply the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. The last I heard, and correct me, if I'm wrong about this, but a review is someone's personal opinion on the experience they encountered with any particular company. They really took advantage of my husband and our situation and that is so wrong! I don't want them having any opportunity to do this very thing to another unsuspecting individual! Byer beware!!!

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from this friendly dealership.. they were easy to deal w/ and the car they sold me is wonderful little ride!! I was reading some of the reviews about them before I came and the negative ones just seemed keyboard belligerent and quite frankly ignorant!! The experience I had was very pleasant, friendly, and easy to deal with!! The car they sold me for my 16yr old son is working out perfectly and is mechanically sound!! I would recommend this dealership to friends or family!!

As someone whose purchased over 8 firearms from Ricky, I'll give you the only review you need to read. Ricky wants to pay the bills, not get rich, and it shows in his prices. Out of all the local pawn shops, this one definitely has the best layaway program. Also, if you're looking for a suppressor, this is the place to buy one from. You can either use the suppressor booth with your phone by scanning the bar code in the store, or you can just talk to the man himself. I'm my opinion, this is the perfect spot for veteran shooters and newcomers. Unlike other places, they treat you like a human being, not just a sell. The overall vibe is southern business casual. If you're in the market for a firearm, just start here first. As for literally every single negative review, there's a reason why they're filled with grammatical errors and written with the emotional maturity of a toddler. If you treat the owners with respect, you will be respected. If you come in in drunk, making threats, or despise a family friendly environment that is relaxed, you'll end up having a bad time like Jayson, Michael, and Chris down there in the 1 star reviews. If you don't leave this place happy, I'm convinced you cannot be pleased. Ricky, please don't stop selling those $1 full sized silhouettes. See y'all Tuesday.

What a fantastic, family owned, local business. I wish I had discovered them sooner. They helped me with a few FFL transfers recently and it was a great experience... friendy, effecient, and fast. I could tell that they really appreciated my business. It felt warm and inviting to be there. I had to go later in the day close to closing time and I was worried about keeping them later but I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. I highly recommend you go there and support them. I’ll be using them from now on for my FFL transfers.

My son loves to go to this store. Hometown store with lots of inventory! Zach and Ashley are very friendly and helpful. You can always count on them to have cards in stock. My kiddo had some great luck there with the Pokemon packs! He pulled his top cards all on one day. They are always buying, trading and selling! Check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Take your credit card. You’re going to want to buy lots!

Cool place I got some Pokémon stuff and it was unreal how many singles he had it was the most Pokemon stuff I have seen in a card shop around north ga also, they have tons of sports cards and magic cards. If you’re into those games, I don’t know much about them, but they had tons of stuff and the guy that works. There is very knowledgeable and patient understanding and willing to work with you. I will be going back.

Extremely clean, well organized store, the men's room was spotless. The meat department is absolutely horrible. Re-wrapped, brown meat, they charge almost 12 dollars for Denver steaks or short ribs, which no other food lion does. And when meat goes on sale, they never have a supply of it backed up. So good luck getting anything after four or five o'clock. There'll be bare empty shells.

We like the grocery store and shopping local, but they need meetings that mandate employees to smile and offer help to the customers instead of walking by making it obvious they are avoiding you with a frown on their faces. Especially the heavy set meat guy that always acts like we are in his way.

We stopped for breakfast. Western omelet was tasty, good size for a reasonable price. Biscuits were nice and flaky, gravy was not sausage gravy, but good. Blueberry pancake was light and fluffy- just right! Grits were not stellar. They were a little watery and didn't have much flavor. I had to add a lot of salt and butter to them. Nice decor and atmosphere, friendly service!

I happened to be in the area this morning and decided to try a new place. When looking, this place popped up and the menu looked nice so we gave it a go. The food was absolutely delicious! We had eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, chocolate chip pancakes, hash browns, and a few different kinds of breakfast biscuits. Every single thing was amazing. They give really good portions for the price as well. I ordered an orange juice and was pleasantly surprised at the size. The servers were very kind, prompt, and professional. A++ Would go again!

Pam's Place is like one of those "hidden treasures" in a small town, that you used to read about in magazines. It's only open for breakfast and lunch, and despite how busy it always is, there always seems to be a table available, due to the amazing service of the wait staff. The food is exquisite. Every bite tastes like something you would eat at your mother's or grandmother's. The price is very reasonable, and below what you would expect to pay. It's not uncommon to see the owner working in the kitchen, the dining room, or interacting with the patrons. Most of the clientele are of the older generation, and they are very loyal, and that should speak volumes! If you're just passing through, or visiting the heart of downtown Ringgold, stop by and grab a bite while you're there! It's only a few miles off the interstate. You won't regret it!! It's my grandfather's favorite spot too!

With the plethora of health issues that life has chosen to bestow upon me I have been to my fair share of pharmacies in my lifetime, even a few walgreens. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by pharmacy staff. I thought maybe just maybe I caught them on a bad day, but no... every single time I have gone in it has been the same. With the exception of two of the techs whose names are currently escaping me. One of them has curly longer hair, and the other is rather young.. both of them have been eager to help me each time I have encountered them and have apologized profusely for the other employees. ANYWAY, back to the matter at hand. With me having the disease that I do, I am on a pain medication. I DO NOT cause issues, I do not try to get them a week early or anything like that. I expect them to be ready on the day they are supposed to be ready, that isn't too much to ask. There is such a stigma placed on people who get meds like that, and it needs to stop. ESP with those who are patients of cancer clinics. I am treated like a criminal or a drug addict every single time I have come in, or have called. There is one woman who works there, she is maybe in her 50s and she wears glasses, she is the worst. She has made me feel like I am 1 cm tall, and like I am doing something wrong. I was going to have a procedure out of state, I was not going to be in the hospital, but was told to stay near by. SO, I had a hotel close to the hospital. I was told to bring all of my own medication, It was around the time that it was due....the procedure was on the DAY it was due. We were leaving early that morning before the pharmacy would be open. LEGALLY they can give you your medication up to 3 days early, this was 1 day early and I asked if I could get it in the afternoon before closing. They would not do it, and said I could get my doctor to send it where I would be. HOWEVER; because my ID was out of state, I was so far from home and my doctor they wouldn't fill it and they knew that would happen. These ladies (apart from the 2) have 0 compassion or empathy, I understand that they hear things all the time and people likely lie to them but they could always call my doctor but they choose not to do so. They act as if I am a burden to them anytime I asked questions, or anytime they have had to do their jobs .. ( again apart from the 2 ladies I mentioned earlier) those 2 women are the only reason I even left 1 star. As soon as I get their names they will be the only 2 that will not be reported to corporate for the way I have been treated. I have them on recordings, so it isn't like I will be blindly going into this. ALSO I will note that PAUL who used to be there ( or maybe he still is I haven't seen him) ALSO is kind. The rest of them need classes on kindness.

The staff here have always been friendly and this location always has the items I need! I’ve used the photo printing several times and my photos are always printed quickly and look great. My first time using the pharmacy here recently and although I could tell things were moving slow, I was still assisted in a timely manner. It was obvious the employees were busy, not just dilly dallying. I don’t think it was very fair that the staff were being reprimanded by a customer who had to wait in the drive thru for too long. Despite the grumpy customer, the staff remained professional and kind. I’ll continue to shop here!!

WORTHLESS! My prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy at 545P tried to pick them up at 7:45 PM. by the time I got to the window, The pharmacist said they were behind, they weren't ready, come bk tomorrow, they were closed. She said I should have gotten there sooner and closed the screen on me. She said they were behind. Absolute worthless people. My kids are sick now! I hope they reap what they sow.
