The staff is incredibly friendly, the ambience is peaceful and scenic, making it an ideal spot for a special occasion. I visited here for my birthday, and the drinks were great! They also usually have some sort of special going on or seasonal drinks that make your trip worth it!

I had the pleasure of visiting this winery, and Meredith made the experience truly unforgettable! She was incredibly sweet, fun, and kind. Her energy instantly made us feel welcome. Meredith went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every moment, sharing her knowledge with such enthusiasm and charm. Her friendly personality and genuine care for guests added SOOO much to the atmosphere. If you visit, I highly recommend asking for Meredith, she’s a gem!🩷

What a fantastic find on July 4! Brooke was an amazing host, the atmosphere was gorgeous, wines were sweet as we love sweet wines. We joined the wine club and will be back in October! Very reasonable priced and the patio and dining room were exceptional!

My favorite library, hands down! This library is nowhere near our house but we drive out of our way, usually at least once a week, to get here because of the great staff and fun ( usually free, everything provided) programs for adults and kids. We can get almost any book, movie, or video game we want because this library is part of the Pines system, and some things are fines free now. I can't even imagine how much money this library has saved me over the years. The staff is friendly and helpful and typically act like they care about their jobs and their patrons. I am EVER SO GRATEFUL that my family has access to such an invaluable resource as the catoosa county library!

We LOVE our library. I have young kids and we all love going to this library. We enjoy the toddler and preschool story times the most right now, but I'm sure as my kids get older we'll be participating in more and more of their family friendly activities. There is usually a lot going on! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the facility stays clean and organized. We haven't taken advantage of the park and museum passes yet, but plan to and love that they are available.

Absolute 10/10, they have after school activities for kids, adults and teens, if you have a kid 13-18 and don't know what to do with them I'd recommend looking into the YA group, I'm a frequent member there and we do lots of fun stuff like anime and manga club, teen advisory board, and occasionally arts and crafts! Staff is very nice and accepting 🥳

It's a beautiful place. There's lots of family friendly activities. Tons of books, movies and games. You can also print and fax papers for a very low price. You can use computers and Internet if you need to. They have outdoor seating as well. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer lots of things that I didn't list. If you live in the area you should definitely check it out.

This place is amazing! The food was yummy and the atmosphere was pleasant. We sat outside on the balcony and the view of the mountains was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and all smiles. I missed the fries pickles that day and they are the bomb. Y'all check this place out. It's in a quiet downtown ringgold. Small city feel without the overcrowd of the big city. Prices are fair and their adult drinks are very yummy and a great deal. Theirs even a bar area!

This was my first time here with family and it was delicious, we sat outside and the weather was nice, but the music is a little bit loud for mid day. Love the little town of Ringgold, plenty of great places to shop within walking distance from this restaurant.

10/29/25 had a shrimp basket tonight with slaw, and it was delicious! 8/9/25 came in again for brunch, Haley was my server today, she is a sweetheart really did a great job . 7/19/25 Having Brunch again and as always it is very good. My server today is Chastity and she did a great job !! 5/10/25 new brunch menu is delicious. Very packed on Dolly Days, the staff did a very good job getting people in and out. 4/18/25 great service at bar and good food! Best BLT I’ve had in a restaurant! 1/21/25 great food and service. Always enjoy a meal here! I like the new chili dog! And the shrimp basket is very good!

Though the restaurant was busy, we were seated quickly. The burgers and fries were great. I had the Jefferson burger which was perfect with the sauce. The fries were well seasoned and crisp. The chicken and waffles seemed mediocre so we won't get it again. The chicken wasn't moist and tender. The kid's meal comes with ice cream. There is plenty of public parking on a usual weeknight.

What a treat. Found this gem on our drive thru town. Was looking for coffee but found one of the what full breakfast menus I’ve had in a long time. Everything was excellent. But the pancakes (flapjacks) were amazing. Best I’ve had in a very long time. And the prices were soo reasonable for the amount of food we got. Highly recommend visiting the locally owned small business.

Lovely little place. The food is made fresh, but doesn't come from local farms. I really enjoyed the French toast, and could only eat half the pancakes before I got too full. It was all delicious overall. I also got a peanut butter milkshake, which did have more of a protein shake texture, but that's what you get when you order peanut butter so I'm not faulting them. Its exactly what I expected and needed. The place feels like a closed in back patio. The furniture is whatever works as a combination of tables and chairs. I dont drink coffee, but they have a large chalkboard where drinks are listed, along with other menus.

Absolutely love this little place in our sweet little town! I am not a breakfast food eater, but I had the best breakfast I’ve ever put in my mouth here today!! The Roadies Pinky Finger - avocado toast (on a perfectly toasted croissant !) with bacon, spring mix, red onion (also an egg that I actually kept off because I don’t eat eggs) topped with balsamic vinegar - was INCREDIBLE!!! The atmosphere is so fun - and our waitress was great! Got to visit with the owner, too, as we browsed the plants and pots for sale outside- super nice guy! Go visit them!

We stopped for breakfast. Western omelet was tasty, good size for a reasonable price. Biscuits were nice and flaky, gravy was not sausage gravy, but good. Blueberry pancake was light and fluffy- just right! Grits were not stellar. They were a little watery and didn't have much flavor. I had to add a lot of salt and butter to them. Nice decor and atmosphere, friendly service!

I ordered DoorDash from this place and it may be the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. I tried the bacon, egg & cheese burrito, the sausage, egg & cheese biscuit, and the parfait — every bite was delicious. Fresh ingredients, great seasoning, and everything arrived warm and well-packed. Highly recommend for a fast, tasty breakfast.

I happened to be in the area this morning and decided to try a new place. When looking, this place popped up and the menu looked nice so we gave it a go. The food was absolutely delicious! We had eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, chocolate chip pancakes, hash browns, and a few different kinds of breakfast biscuits. Every single thing was amazing. They give really good portions for the price as well. I ordered an orange juice and was pleasantly surprised at the size. The servers were very kind, prompt, and professional. A++ Would go again!

Love my small town diner! Pam’s Place serves daily specials, country cooking, salads, and grilled favorites like burgers and chicken wraps. Tried the grilled chicken wrap the other day and came back today for another one. It’s perfectly portioned and priced. It’s great as a quick bite if you’re in a hurry, and a great choice if you’re counting carbs or calories. A little hot sauce makes it just right for me. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. Outdoor seating is available. There are no steps so access is easy. Just a short walk to The Spot Creamery for ice cream afterwards.

Food was so much smaller since our last visit. 3 bites of hasbrown casserole, charging for biscuits, and eggs were not cooked over easy. Our waitress was nice and tried her best to apologize and do what she could to fix issues. Reward system down so I couldn't even use the rewards I was planning on to offset the cost of substandard food or get points for the money we did spend. Cracker barrel is off the list for eating out for our family now. Higher prices, less food, and Mediocre experience.

This place is very hit or miss. I've had great experiences here and not so great. This time, our waitress ignored our table for nearly 15 minutes while our glasses were completely empty. Messed up my drink, and we never got our biscuits either. The food was awesome though, no complaints there. About a year or so ago me and my friend got our food for free because we were there for over an hour. The majority of the time, we were waiting on our food because "the machine that prints out the orders for the kitchen staff went down." Wasn't our waiters fault. Also the older lady with dark hair (I didn't see her there this time) that works at the cash register occasionally has been rude to me for seemingly no reason in the past and it really rubbed me the wrong way. Once again, I'm not trying to be a Karen, but this place is just very hit or miss. It's good service and all in the AM, but if you go in the evening and you have a small party beware, because the waiters and waitresses care more about the larger parties because bigger parties equals bigger tip. I mean look, I get it but still ATTEMPT to give everyone the SAME attention and courtesy. We all go out to eat to be waited on, not ignored. EDIT- I know some things in this review are from long ago, but after my experience today and the ones in the past, I felt compelled to share them now. Thank you for reading. UPDATE- Me and my friend went here today 8/31/25 and got completely ignored once again. A lady got seated behind us 5 minutes later and had her drink before we even got our drinks ordered. She had a separate waiter than we did. Service was slow. Haven't gotten our food yet but will update if anything decent comes of this visit. We didn't even want to eat here today because of the stupid CEO but we went to IHOP and we couldn't get seated due to it being severely understaffed. So after we left, we had a bad experience overall. The waiter sucked, there was this other waitress that we tipped because she did more in 5 minutes than our waiter did overall. The photo pictured was after both our drinks were left empty for awhile after our waiter walked by and did nothing. I'm very tired of being ignored and treated like I don't exist when I go out to eat.

4 stars for the service 3 stars for the food. Kylee C. was my server and she was great. For the food, I hadn't eaten at a Cracker Barrel in a long time but it seems like the food has fallen off. It seems like they're using cheaper and everything tasted like it had been prepared 3 hours earlier. Plus, for what you're paying, the portions are quite small as you can see in my picture. I hadn't eaten anything when I took the photo. There's other breakfast places with better freshly prepared food for the same price.

I received an email from Cracker barrel advertising special meals delivered for $8.12. I placed my order and received a conformation my total order was $9.12. Great deal..ha ha my card was charged $19.00. I immediately called to cancel my order. I talked to Kim, who told me she was the manager and would issue a full refund. It has been 5 working days and still no refund. I went to walk my dog later and saw a Cracker Barrel bag on the sidewalk. I don't have a clue how long it had been there. Long enough for flies and creepy crawlers to have a meal. I brought the bag in and when I brought the bag in and opened it I was totally shocked! It was a paper thin small slice of meat loaf and mashed potatoes you could stand a fork straight up.

Our stay turned out to be wonderful, thanks to Toni! If it weren’t for her, our trip could have become quite unpleasant. We had booked through a third-party site, but unfortunately, the reservation was canceled due to their mistake. When we arrived, there was no record of our booking, but Toni was incredibly patient and kind while I called the site to sort things out. In the end, I canceled the original booking and made a new one directly with Toni — the whole process took some time, but she made it go smoothly, and we were so grateful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. Breakfast offered plenty of food options, and the Costa coffee machine (plus hot water machine) was a big plus! We also enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner and relax watching sports on the big-screen TV in our room. Thank you, Toni, for your exceptional help and hospitality — thumbs up! 👍

On a long road trip along 75 and need a place to sleep for a while. Found the Avid hotel in Ringgold and it got great reviews. Had never heard of them but reviews made me give it a try based on reviews. Glad I did! Super new (I asked, just under 2 years) and super clean. Right off 75 so that was perfect. Breakfast was actually great - premade Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, a lot of grab and go fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins, etc. Awesome Costa high tech coffee dispenser. I have this one bookmarked and will be our new go to on our drives up and down to Florida.

I really like the value of this hotel. While some might say the rooms are small they are sufficient and well appointed. I like the large TV and breakfast was better than the Holiday inn express. Location was okay not too far from eating places.

Stayed 1 night. Clerk friendly and welcoming. The room was adequate. Bathroom super tight but very clean with great water pressure. The towels were soft enough. The AC unit needed work. Couldn’t adjust the temp. Comfortable mattress and awesome pillows. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast and as always mediocre at best but for free it’s adequate. Garbage cans full and spilling over. There were not enough chairs to accommodate all the guests. Two tables with zero chairs. People were juggling their plates while sitting on a couch. Not cool! After breakfast we were greeted by a large bug on the wall in our room. We thought it was a roach but when we showed the clerk a photo her response “oh, that’s no roach it’s a stink bug.” And then she proceeded to make excuses why it was in the room, which didn’t sit too well with us since we had paid $163 for the room. There should be no bugs especially one that is classified as venomous!

Stayed for one night while traveling. I had a king room which was clean and had everything I needed. The property as a whole was also clean and well kept. Several restaurants within a 5 minute drive and a Mexican restaurant 2 minutes walk around the corner. Continental breakfast was good with the usual items and some hot options (biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage patties). Didn't interact with staff except for checking in and out but everyone was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel if needing to stay in the area.

This is a pretty good place to stay and in a very safe area. However our complaint and it's a big one is that no one was available when we went to check out. Apparently the person coming in was late and the person that was there wasn't going to wait for them. So for I don't know how long the front desk was unmanned and the only person in the building as far as I know was the guy fixing breakfast. And he had no answers because we asked him! Come on Holiday inn Express, this is not good business when nobody is at your front desk at all!

We arrived to find portable air conditioners in the lobby, and it got worse. There was a strong musty smell in the room, signs of mold, and the bedding felt damp, though it was clean. We left promptly for dinner and turned up the air conditioner in the room in hopes of drying the bedding. It helped a little, but this is the most uninhabitable place I have ever been.
