People were nice but right upon going to the room I used the restroom and there was a cockroach crawling along the bathtub lining. The room has a musty dishwater smell. I can’t even imagine how many roaches are harboring there. Never will I book at Super 8 again.

Right off interstate. KFC across the street. Room was bright, clean, not the usual musty smelling hotel, parking right in front of the room. Didn't have to drag bars all over. Very pleasant experience

Right off the highway for a quick overnight stay. Staff very nice. Not really a breakfast. More like coffee muffin, cold cereal. Room was basically clean and quite. They had a pull down room darkening shade instead of curtains. That was the best! Certainly would stay again.

Booked a double deluxe Queen room, travelled for 12 hours to get to the hotel only to be told that the only remaining room was a single bed king. Asked the guy at the front desk how could they still be listing rooms they currently don’t have, made some excuse that their systems didn’t update. Asked the front desk worker if I’m then going to be charged for the cancellation even tho they don’t have the room which was the whole reason I choose to stay there, said no, I should not be charged. A few hours later I get an email notification that the room has been cancelled but they were charging me over $170. I would not recommend staying here unless it’s your literally only option and even then you’re better going down I-75 a bit to a rest area. I can not believe I was still charged after they falsely advertised having a room (two beds) that we wanted and needed and doing the ole switch-a-roo once we got there.

I loved staying here. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. The pool and gym was clean and a great extra. The only thing I was missing was a dresser to put away my clothes but they did provide a small closet.

A really good Tru. My room was clean (although the shower could use a little more detailing), the service was helpful, and the breakfast was good. They do have laundry, but I wish you could use your card instead of coins like other locations. It's also in a great location.

I am extremely disappointed with how this hotel handled my fragile personal property after my stay. Ignoring my request for a protected package and tracking number, the hotel took it upon themselves to mail a delicate necklace in a paper envelope and without a tracking number. As a result, the item was lost, and when I contacted the hotel, they took no accountability or ownership for the mishandling. There was no effort to resolve the issue, offer compensation, or even acknowledge that sending fragile property without tracking or protection was careless and inappropriate. This experience showed a complete lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility for guest belongings. I would strongly caution future guests about staying here after experiencing how management and ownership treat their guests personal property.

I must say, this is my first time staying at a Tru hotel and I am absolutely impressed with the accommodations... It is a simple streamline and clean room..., but.... the service was over the top..Cody, who checked me in, was absolutely the best...was so welcoming and made me feel like I was at home or a guest of his home home.. Could not be more impressed or weclcomed.

This hotel is very difficult to find the entrance drive for, due to the corner lot being barricaded off, but it is conveniently located just outside of Chattanooga. The rooms are nice, but aren't as clean as I would expect a Hilton property to be. The woman at the front dest was very nice at check-in.

I stopped at the front desk yesterday morning when we left to discuss unacceptable conditions in our room; I was told we would receive a phone as soon as the manager arrived and were told it would be within the hour. We have not yet received a contact, 24 hours later. We arrived late after 4 long days of travel and were exhausted., I immediately got in the shower but there was no hot water. I let the shower run for 15 mins and it barely got to a room temperature; my husband was already in bed asleep so I didn’t call down because we were not switching rooms. We were startled awake after a few mins because the refrigerator started making awful noises so we got up to unplug it. The pillows on the bed were flat and not up to the standards we are accustomed to in a Hilton owned hotel. I had a terrible nights sleep because of that and woke up with neck pain. We also woke up to a patched hole in the ceiling that fell through to the floor. I opened the window to further investigate the mess on the floor and found a graveyard of bugs. Our luggage so I’m terrified that we picked them up in our personal belongings and our vehicle!! The commons areas and hallways looked as though they hadn’t been vacuumed or swept in days. I was absolutely shocked at the poor state of a Hilton Brand hotel.

I have stayed here several times and each time the associates that checks me in are very nice and professional. If I'm being honest, the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear; however, the rooms are a good size. This stay the bed did squeak, and the toilet was broke. When I came down for breakfast around 7:30 there was not a lot to choose from. I do not mean for this review to sound negative, but this stay was a little surprising. Again, the associates are very nice and make you feel welcome which helps give this review a 4 star.

We experienced several maintenance issues - Our room was missing the TV remote and hair dryer. When we informed clerk about remote, she responded, “oh yeah, I stole that remote for another room.” 🤯 We went to dinner, expecting that she would locate another. When we returned to the front desk after dinner, no one was covering the desk. We left after waiting 5 minutes. I figured out during my app checkout that we could have used our smartphone as a remote. Would have been nice if clerk had mentioned that 😵💫. There were small live ants 🐜 that had made a home in a gap between shower door wall and caulking in the bathroom and the shower handle was not secure. The bed made loud creaking noises every time we got up or turned over. All in all, not what we consider a Hilton worthy experience.

Complaint Regarding Room Cleanliness and Poor Breakfast Quality During my recent stay, I was extremely disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel and the quality of services provided. The room appeared dirty and unkept. Although the bed looked like it had been remade, it did not appear freshly cleaned. The linens did not look crisp or replaced, and the room gave the impression that it had simply been turned over rather than properly serviced. This raised serious concerns about sanitation and housekeeping standards. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was unacceptable. The oatmeal was mushy and overcooked, and the bread provided for toast was stale and old. The food was not fresh, not appetizing, and not desirable at all. Cleanliness and food quality are basic expectations when staying at a Hilton-branded hotel, and unfortunately this experience fell far below those standards.

Great location off the interstate for travelers and easy check in. Please know if you book thru Hotels.com or Hotwire you will end up in their designated handicapped rooms. Faucet did not function properly and sink did not drain. Large room size, but broken floor tiles and other issues made me question the cleanliness and upkeep of the place.

Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at while traveling! The front desk lady was super sweet and helpful. Breakfast was out earlier than we expected and we were able to grab some before heading back out. Rooms were very nice. You can hear the highway traffic but being super close to the highway made sense but my fiancé was able to sleep. Definitely will be staying at more of these

Ginger at the front desk was very kind, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the room heater and she sent a very efficient maintenance man up to the room. When he couldn’t trouble shoot the problem, they promptly gave us another room. Certainly, it wasn’t their fault the heater was making noise, they together solved the problem and made their customer satisfied.

New, clean, spacious, esthetically pleasing lobby and breakfast area, nice breakfast, parking for over length vehicles, pet accommodations, (doggy area with bags), access rooms are extra large for those in wheelchairs, no carpets. No downside for us. This was our second stay in six months and it was just as nice as the first.

Check in was fantastic and easy. The guy working midnights was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill a request for some ketchup for my Doordash order. The room was cozy and the bed slept amazingly great!! Upon checking out Jennifer was absolutely stellar in her quest to get me a printed receipt. She did all that she could and was top shelf!

Our stay turned out to be wonderful, thanks to Toni! If it weren’t for her, our trip could have become quite unpleasant. We had booked through a third-party site, but unfortunately, the reservation was canceled due to their mistake. When we arrived, there was no record of our booking, but Toni was incredibly patient and kind while I called the site to sort things out. In the end, I canceled the original booking and made a new one directly with Toni — the whole process took some time, but she made it go smoothly, and we were so grateful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. Breakfast offered plenty of food options, and the Costa coffee machine (plus hot water machine) was a big plus! We also enjoyed being able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner and relax watching sports on the big-screen TV in our room. Thank you, Toni, for your exceptional help and hospitality — thumbs up! 👍

Staff is friendly. Bathrooms are not well ventilated and there is mold growing on the walls and behind the soap dispenser in the showers. The rest of the room is always clean. Stayed twice in the last year and they are always out of hot chocolate. Pool is heated and always clean.

Stayed 1 night. Clerk friendly and welcoming. The room was adequate. Bathroom super tight but very clean with great water pressure. The towels were soft enough. The AC unit needed work. Couldn’t adjust the temp. Comfortable mattress and awesome pillows. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast and as always mediocre at best but for free it’s adequate. Garbage cans full and spilling over. There were not enough chairs to accommodate all the guests. Two tables with zero chairs. People were juggling their plates while sitting on a couch. Not cool! After breakfast we were greeted by a large bug on the wall in our room. We thought it was a roach but when we showed the clerk a photo her response “oh, that’s no roach it’s a stink bug.” And then she proceeded to make excuses why it was in the room, which didn’t sit too well with us since we had paid $163 for the room. There should be no bugs especially one that is classified as venomous!

We stopped here in a road trip for some sleep before we finished the last 4 hours of our road trip. The first room we were assigned to the sheet were stripped off the beds and the sheets and comforter had dried blood on them. The shower had a pile of dirty towels in it that also had stains all over them. The room smelled musty and moldy. We went to the front desk and was given keys to another room that had trash still in the room, someone’s backpack, clothes in the room and dirt in the bed. There was also still pee in the toilet. For $80 a night I expected a little bit better than uncleaned nasty rooms. The floors also looked like they hadn’t been mopped or swept in forever. The breakfast was ok but the waffles tasted really weird and gross and the muffins were dry. The posted breakfast hours said 6 am and when we came down they told us no you can’t eat till 7 even though the food was all set up and out. Do not recommend this motel.

The room was quiet, and staff was extremely polite and helpful. The only reason for 3 stars was the room was quite dirty. Hair left all over the bathroom, wet countertops and the floor was extremely discolored. Also, house keeping woke us up both days at 8am, asking if we wanted the room cleaned. Seemed early to me, especially when checkout isn’t until 11am. Overall, not bad. The location is pretty great but we will probably stay else where.

I’ve stayed here twice now when traveling through the area and wouldn’t pick any other hotel! When you walk in, everything is spotless and smells amazing. The rooms are immaculate. They are updated and so clean. My family all sleeps amazing in the comfy beds. The complimentary breakfast was great. All of the employees we met were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Townplace Suites in room 106 close to lobby. The staff that we encountered were very nice. It was a very nice place for $110. There were cheaper hotels in the area so not the best price, but it was up on a hill kind of off by itself and we liked that. We saw a couple of dogs and worried that it might be loud, but we didn’t hear a thing so either we were lucky and the dogs were quiet dogs, or the walls were very sound proof. Obviously if we were traveling with a dog we wouldn’t even mention it lol. This was the first hotel we stayed at on a 10 day vacation. I didn’t take enough notes to remember everything. I’m sorry I don’t remember anything about breakfast. To me, that means it was fine. Most breakfasts are all the same anyway. I do think they had bananas at breakfast. A small thing, but at home I eat a banana everyday and this hotel was the only one (out of the 5 hotels we stayed at on this vacation) that had bananas lol. I eventually had to go to a grocery store to buy bananas. 🤷🏼♀️ We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent and stylish rooms. Kevin the night manager is very friendly, courteous, and attentive. The room was a bit hot, but he fixed it without a problem. CLEAN and VERY comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area. If I am back in this area, I will choose SpringHill Suites before any other hotel.

Location was convenient while driving through the area. Hotel is in need of some updating. Shower door had to be pried open. Instead of refilling shampoo/ conditioner/body wash they put a second set of bottles on the wall of the shower. Stains on the bedding for trundle bed. For one night it was okay. We arrived late at night. Front desk staff was welcoming.

The only good thing I can say about this place is Penny is wonderful at the front desk. Other than that, it’s not good. From walking through the hallways, it smelled like skunky weed everywhere. If I could post pictures, I would … I did take pictures. Filthy sink bowl underneath it was so black. It was disgusting stains everywhere in the shower, rust and dirt in the caulking. But the worst part? We found a dirty press on nail In the sheets when we pulled the cover back, hair and crumbs in the white sheets that look like they were clearly slept in and a stain of some sort of bodily fluid. We came back from a big event where we had been up dancing and drinking all night, and we were exhausted when we got back to our room as we Also had a 12 Hour Dr. the day before so we were quite tired. When we realized how filthy the bed was, we were so disgusted. We just pushed everything aside and collapsed from running around all day. The sad part is the hotel right before this was no different and we didn’t stay,. We came here and were assured that they were clean compared to where we just left. I guess nobody really cleans their hotel rooms anymore ???? We came here and were assured that they were clean compared to where we just left. I guess on the surface it was a nicer room for a basic no-frills place and I didn’t mind that because we weren’t gonna be in our hotel anyway so we didn’t need anything luxury because we were just coming for a couple of events. The next morning we were so disgusted. Also, we told them even our toilet wasn’t flushing properly, it was sluggish And as we were leaving, we asked if someone could please look at it while we were gone The young man at the desk didn’t even apologize, but he offered us a plunger That we could use, he didn’t even send someone up. I’m so grossed out by this whole weekend because of the grossness we saw in this hotel. The only good thing is it’s right off the freeway we can get hopping back on when we need to go anywhere while we’re in town . That and Like I said,Penny was a sweetheart when we First checked in. Other than that, Penny can’t help you when you’re trying to sleep in a clean bed at night so don’t stay here. We never will again.

Zero stars isn’t available so they get the required 1. This place is a dirty dump and apparently it’s the place for late night parties as well. There’s a huge gap under the door so you hear every voice from the hall and every door close. Dirty sheets. Had to ask for new ones and not even sure they are clean either. Toilet hasn’t seen a toilet brush in awhile. Stinky covers on bed. Dirty microwave with cooked on food stuck to it. Dirty refrigerator. Thought Bath tub is somewhat decent but then realized there are holes in the shower wall. dead spiders in the bathroom. I’m sincerely afraid of what will be going home in my bags. Unless you are desperate just don’t book here. I honestly would rather sleep in my car but I have a child along so dirty gross hotel I guess is safer than the car. This is a nightmare.

I really don't understand why this place even has more the. 1 star reviews. The location isn't too bad maybe that's it? Other than that, it's a dirty hotel, especially for the price about $85 a night after taxes. I've stayed in motel 6s that weren't this bad! Check in was easy, parking is ok. Come up to the room, went to shower, mold along the caulking all around the tub. After seeing that thinking ok, not horrible but still, looked under the sink, lots of dirt, and hair chunks. Went to lay down, pulled back sheets, it looks like they don't do well washing them at all. The doors in the hallway slam, constantly causing noises through the night. The AC somewhat works, and of course dirty, the floor is scuffed and damaged. Going down the stairs, completely dirty. Gave us 2 towels, wanted them to come in change sheets, they came in, put 2 towels and washcloths in, and left the room doing nothing else. DO NOT STAY HERE

After a long day of driving we needed a clean reasonably priced hotel for a quick well deserved sleep and shower. Penny was working at the front desk and I felt so welcomed. She gave us a great room, easy check in and was so sweet. I felt like I had met an old long lost friend! The rooms are clean, coffee and muffins for breakfast. Nothing fancy but super nice! I can’t say enough good things! I highly recommend it. Beds were super comfortable! Free wi fi too.
