The day starts with the delightful Dolly Dash, which includes 1 mile, 5k, and 10k options for participants. Money raised from the Dash benefits The Rec Project, Lift, Lighthouse Ministry Trip, and Flourish Foster Care. Below are the routes for the 1-mile fun run, the 5k, and the 10k races.
There are two sets of closures on Saturday, May 11th: one from 7 to 11 A.M. and the other from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M.
The detour route will be more significant during the Dolly Dash. Traffic will have to detour around the downtown area and go up by the high school. This is the 7 to 11 A.M. closures.After the race, Nashville Street, from Tennessee Street to Cleveland Street, will be reopened. Therefore, the typical truck route will be back in effect. This is the 11 A.M. to 5 P.M. closures. Maps of these closures are below.
